They were also operating on a different schedule for September, due to the fact that some peoples' bill dates preceded the launch of Issue 21. They couldn't shortchange them on points or other rewards, so they just gave EVERYONE their rewards all on the same day.

Or maybe, going forward, they intend to give everybody who is currently subscribed their points during the first maintenance of the month. That makes a certain amount of sense as well. *shrug*

To my knowledge, your Paragon Reward Tokens and Server Transfer Tokens should, going forward, hit your account on your bill date.

Reward Tokens are backloaded at the end of your paid/played month. So, the first Token awarded will be 1 month _after_ your first renewal date after the launch of Freedom.

I'm not sure about Transfer tokens. My reply from support didn't talk about those. However, it looks like everyone got the Transfer token on Oct. 1. So, they may simply do that on the first of every month.

Tokens are awarded at the end of the current paid playtime. In other words, Tokens are backloaded at the end of each paid/played month. So, you should get a Token 1 month after your first renewal date after the launch of Freedom.

I never said, or stated that i was annoyed with all purchased perks, i don't know how u can claim that as a fact. I was always advocating an in-game store to provide a second and much needed source of income for the game, i just don't like certain aspects of their development of said store.

And to reply to the person that said that people who bought multiple boxes of the game have been rewarded with those perks and game time...
People who buy points can get more items from the store, meaning they can enjoy more content than people who can't spend money on Points to get that content. That's also being rewarded for your purchase, isn't it?
So you are contradicting yourself. I'll put it in a simple context:

-Regarding the 1 Token for any amount of game boxes bought:
People who bought only one box should not get less Reward Tokens than people who bought more boxes and spend more money on the game.
-Regarding money spend on Paragon Points:
People who spend more money buying points, should get more Reward Tokens than people who can't or won't.

It's not just you who's contradicting yourself, the Dev's are included in this view.

I'd like to see some official statement addressing this rather than sitting and hoping it will resolve in a timely manner. I have a renewal date on the 1st of each month and have my transfer awarded but thats it at this point. We'll see our regular maintenance tomorrow. That being said it would be easier to judge if things are operating as intended if we new officially the way the developers expected things to operate because until we do it's all just guessing and hoping which does not make for a very trusting costumer base.

i got a question regarding Tier 9 VIP Paragon Rewards that iveh eard osme little bits of info about but one vital aspect remains unclear: so the Tier 9 VIP Sets are Limited Time, i read somewhere their also on a Rotation cycle, so what i want to ASK is:

say hte time comes when Celestial Armor is removed as Tier 9 VIP Rewards, supposing the Rotation Cycle thing was actually true, will it be added back in again eventually?

i dont feel too good about spending 200+ dollars on PP just to get the 3 Tier 9 VIP Rewards with Celestial Armor before it gets removed

The whole rewards system seems to be something of a mess from my point of view. A number of us are missing a load of reward tokens (and the bonus 150 market points that we should also have received) and have had our tickets closed with no resolution or notification and there seems to be no fix in sight. It's somewhat of a disincentive to spend any more cash.

The only real question I have is, "Should we be petitioning/opening CS tickets?" I had thought the answer was, "No, just give us some extra time," but I'm thinking the answer these days is, "Yes, we can't really tell what is going on."
