Finally got the damn thing.

I had secure browsing disabled, I enalbed, unenabled and nothing.

What seemd to help was changing my language preference. lol

The FB application has codes for two Englishes, any other option makes its head explode.

Got code; took 3 tries for the site to accept it; confirmed that it was added (email notification), however, I can't find it in my list of emotes ingame. No, I wasn't already logged into the game...tried it a few days later.

So, where is it stuck? In what emote category?

Are you talking about the quickchat commands, where they store emotes? I don't think it was added to that. Just use /e facepalm or set up a macro.

In between Music & the Costume Change Emotes. Only problem is that there is an error in the quickchat file and neither the Face Palm emotes or the Costume Change Emotes are showing.

Surprised that I got 2 codes for both of my accounts!

I got one yesterday.

I used my backup email to create a fake FB account useing a fake name. (Did you know they won't let you use the name "John Doe"? What about all those people whose name really IS "John Doe"?) to get a code.

Then I deactivated the accout and filled the comment box with profainty about how much I hate social networking and the human race in general.



I feel so dirty.

My fiance cannot access the promotions page to get his emote. It keeps timing out. I have his window set to automatically refresh once a minute and it has been running for about two hours with the Facebook page loading fine, immediately, each time and the promotional page (fb.cityofheroes.com/gobbledegook) timing out every single time.

If someone could get a code and PM it to me for him, I would be very appreciative and so would he.

EDIT: Well, I tried. I finally got the page to load, and it says the promotion has ended. Sorry Agge

If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.
