On a non-incarnate team blasters feel like they are worth something still. They do good damage (when not dead lol) and clear spawns with copious AOE damage. Tier 9 nukes flatten spawns occasionally and when used well make their presence known.
Start adding in incarnates with judgement nukes. After a few incarnates the blasters AOE damage advantage almost disappears because everything dies so quick it doesn't help much anymore. I actually had 6 incarnates on a team before using the judgements and I actually missed the blaster using their crashing nuke most times because enemies were being wiped out so fast by judgements anyways.
So we have our powerset choice: Sonic/Energy/Munitions.
Now the trick will be using all those -resist powers without using any activation time.
