It might be old news, but I just found out today that multiple series were put on Netflix.

I was 10 when Mighty Morphin first aired. I'm 27 now, and I squealed with glee.....especially when I saw Zeo and Time Force on the list.

If you want to see a movie that occurred way before the power rangers but is about the same level of cheesy fun, watch INFRA MAN, sometimes referred to as the Super Infra-man.

If Netflix could only strike a deal with Tsubaraya Productions to get subtitled eps of all the Ultraman series......

just found that this morning before i went to work by mistake.
was watching PR:Ninja Storm this morning before i left. that one is one of my favorites.
the only ones i really dont like are turbo and RPM.
the rest of the series is good imo.

Nope. Mighty Morphin' season 3 began with a story meant to introduce new Saban property, "Masked Rider." The spinoff itself ignored any connection to Power Rangers and quickly died a horrible, screaming death.

I tried to watch the New Power Rangers Samurai a few days ago and..god..Was the show ALWAYS that bad or has the quality/budget just plummeted over the years? That crap's three rungs lower in quality then PBS programming.

It was always this bad.

I discovered this yesterday and watched the first episode of the first season. And when there's a bad guy, why don't they just change into their costumes and let the ensuing explosions do all the work?

The quality of special effects have gone up, that's about it.

After in space they took a major budget hit...
Earlier seasons got martial artists who they had play the roles
Seasons after In Space they move to New Zealand and started hiring unknwown actors without a martial arts background.

You also had it so that the whole cast would get replaced every year so any progress made by the actors was lost.

So yeah, reduced budget + non martial artist actors + Actors being replaced every year + being bought by disney that tried to kill it = worse and worse seasons.

Actually, that does happen at one point.

The Abrams is one of the most effective war machines on the planet. - R. Lee Ermy.

Q: How do you wreck an Abrams?

A: You crash into another one.

No longer I could not watch any series after Time Force. It wasn't till RPM that I watched another series after, with two exception episodes:

Wild Force: Reinforcements From The Future and Forever Red

Operation Overdrive: Once a Ranger

I forget where I read it, but it was stated that the series that came closest to catering to older audiences (after In Space) was Lightspeed Rescue.

Watch RPM. All of your questions about why and why not get answered.
