It's on test right now. 
Just downloaded it today.
In that case, definitely two weeks, it's had a month of open beta (which is what test is normally used for instead of the beta server which is normally used for closed beta testing). So give it two weeks and it'll be live since there's nothing much really left to test.

Isn't the UStream in a few minutes? Maybe they will say something during the broadcast? Sometime in the next two weeks sounds about right as that will give them 5 months to release I21. This way they can pass off the half issues as whole issues and claim we had 4 releases this year.

I'm a little surprised they didn't just skip putting it on Test and kick it straight to live, honestly. As far as I know, it's basically "done".
I think this coming Tuesday is extremely likely.

I know all the talk is about F2P and the new VIP Server, but since that's later this year (Dec 31)... what's the ETA on 20.5? Was there any mention on the Ustream chats? Considering it was recently moved to Test I'm guessing really soon.
