Loathe as I am to say it, Freedom has the greatest claim to stake on being the PvP server, especially with it having a higher population than both Champion & Victory.
Your server loyalty aside, Champion should not be where the PvPers congregate. And this is coming from someone whose home server is Champion.
Rox just does not want to have to wait a year to get to pvp with all his victory toons..

I'm pretty sure PvP will be coming back to infinity.
Freedom has always had the most consistent PvP.
VIPs get one free server transfer a month. Not bad use that! I will be willing to move if the VIP server is the new pvp home.
i would think that poeple would want to stay on non VIP servers for pvp so they can take advantage of the huge noob pvp populace that will show up

Someone said that PvP would return to Infinity when server transfers were first announced.

What with F2P not being able to achieve as much as VIP can with a toon, this will put them at a disadvantage.
EU zone PvP was dieing due to the same half-wits ganking everyone as they entered the zone, so a lot of people had nothing to do with PvP and eventually PvP was killed off upon i13 as the gankers left because of the nerfs.
If the same thing happens again on the EU servers, I would give it a month before the F2P players get bored with getting ganked and go elsewhere, leaving the PvP population again in limbo.

Once Freedom goes live, we get a free transfer a month if you stay VIP. With this everyone should move their PVP toons to Victory for PVP.
