Most likely answer is they don't have them working yet but will as soon as possible.

It does seem odd that we've heard nothing official about this. I was going to transfer a char to Union until I heard about it.
Question: having never done a server transfer, does the list you can transfer to appear before making a purchase? Could I therefore keep checking to see if it miraculously starts working without burning any cash?

The Character Copy Tool here on the forums has the same issue: If you have an NA account, you can't copy characters from any EU server to Test/Beta.

I'm still of the opinion that it'd be best if they simply allowed direct Account/Character transfers.. even Paid-For Transfers. It'd be a wonderful new revenue source, if even temporary while this server list merge occurs.

I just had another look today, and I am now seeing all the servers in the transfer list. Helpfully the list isn't actually big enough to fit them all, and there's no scrollbar so you have to do a reverse sort by name if you want anything past Union, but they are all there.
Oh huh, so there was a thread for this. I noticed this myself trying to transfer from Virtue to union. I PM'd Zwill about it and he said he passed it along as a issue. It definitely seems like there is a missing scroll bar as I can see two EU servers and some NA servers but not all of them.

I noticed that the EU servers are not listed in the list of servers for transferring toons. Is this by design? Overlooked? Still to be implemented?
