How many times will you check the announcements or Dev Digest page today to see if they announce a 'server downtime' for tomorrow??

I am up to a few before I realized that NC Norcal probably hasn't even had breakfast yet. Will check in a few more hours. It is killing me.

I know they avoid late week launches because they don't want to have a potential problem pop up and extend into the weekend.

My money's on Tuesday. Wednesday at the latest.

EDIT: Also, I'll be checking Tuesday (Wednesday) afternoon when I try to log in and get a forced download. Until then, business as usual.

Im pretty sure most stuff has come out on tuesdays has it not? it Would coincide well with the changeover of WTFs.

Ah, I hadn't seen those announced yet. Last I heard they were both uncertain.

I'm not actually even sure what this is referring to. Is i20 coming out already I'm guessing based on the other posts mentioning releases.

I just log in, if there's a new patch, woohoo new stuff. If no new patch, woohoo I get to play!

Specifically for that announcement? Approximately zero.
Although i generally check those sections a couple times a day. More if the Devs have been posting frequently.

Is this in regards to Issue 20? Have they posted the advance warning about the freespecs yet? Even though it's not a guaranteed precursor . . .

Doesn't matter, the purpose of the pre patch was to do distribute the bulk of the assets (sound, textures, animation, etc.) to everyone well before the release date. There are still some of us who aren't on broadband and some issues would have taken a week (due to auto disconnect and daily connect connect time caps) to download.

I told you guys our mods are terrible with times.

Yes, that's a typo. 7PM GMT and 20h CET are both 11am PDT.

Yea, once you looked at the other times in the list you realize they meant 11 am PDT, but when I first saw that, I thought they were being snarky after what happened last Thursday. :-)
