I don't think there is a moment when I don't see people running around ... even in the Isles...

Paragon/Praetoria. I see people there all the time.
Redside is mostly dead. Has been that way for awhile.
x2 on RWZ. Seems like there's something going on every time I go there. Randomly lucked into a mothership raid the other night.
Cimerora seems to have lots of folks in there, so if you don't have access yet, that's another option. If you're trying to fill a team redside, it's best to send someone through a few zones to broadcast. Cap and Grandville ususally have the highest populations.

Not that villain ATs are not restricted to just the Isles, I imagine some have moved to Paragon completely or went rogue.
There ARE pure rogue isles characters out there, but there's a vast higher majority of characters who are in the shades of grey or hero only. Sorry, that's life.

Yeah, recent stats have shown that only 26% of the game is pure villains. And I can't imagine a reason why Rogues would want to stay in RI given that Paragon is much more active and looks a bit less ugly, IMHO.

Also prefer villain side overall. But I don't use activity in the zones to keep myself occupied anyways. I have global channels for that. ^_^

Another one for the 'Reside looks better' faction. All the old Blueside Zones are incredibly simply designed, which is to say boring. The Redside Zones tell stories just by the lay of the land, shake up the monotony and generally strike me as more soulful.
It's just a matter of evolution. Zone Designers get better and have more toys, comparisons and experiences to draw on when making new Zones.

but my vote is biased, I started playing red side, im use to red side, i feel like a fishbroot in water , red side.
To everyone saying red side is dead, you all can ----Censored ----, and ill ----Censored ----, and at the end of the ----Censored ---- day, ill pay you a beer (if you are in age).
Dont get me wrong, i like Blue side as well as preatoria too, but red side is home.
Btw, red side Hami raid filling zone ahead of time on the scheduled days/times, same apply for blue side, im just saying... red side aint a dead zone, as some ppl like to believe.

Red's deader if you're a stranger to it and don't know the crowded spots. It also has fewer crowded spots; unlike Paragon, there's no real "central" location like Atlas Park, except maybe the Cap Black Market.
Redside is deader than a doorknob. Was hoping that 2XP weekend would get some more people active on redside while I leveled my VEAT, but Port Oakes and Cap Au were empty wastelands. Damn shame, because I really like Redside.
Guess I'm running tips to change alignment to Rogue the second I hit level 20...

Funny that people say red side is dead for 2xp weekend. I've only been red side (part of yesterday) and got probably 20-30 levels over several characters in a few hours and never found myself wanting for a team or people to fill things when I ran SFs.

Ran my Soldier from 18-48 and a brute from 1-36 and still took time to run two of hami raids on Sunday and an ITF on a lvl 50 MM
