I do! I really do. I hate the new Posi with a passion. If for nothing, for the effin' tiny merit reward it gives. I like my merits, and the TFs (aside from Citadel, I HATE CAVES! >.< Oh, also Justin Augustine is freakin' boring too) are really fun for me! Shard TFs are a blast, the Freedom Phalanx TFs are also good fun, iTF, Kahn and LGTF are good merits in a good amount of time and they're sorta fun. STF and LRSF are one of the most fun things for me in the game.
So, for me. No, don't revamp the TFs, PLEASE. And even if it's done for the love of everything that's holy don't cut down the merit rewards to absolutely nothing like you did with the Posi TF. And judging from the new Posi, I'd say they're doing it aaallll wrong. Posi is the only TF I run for the badge and do so with only 2-3 people in the team to get it done as soon as friggin' possible. The rest I run because I actually like (and want merits >.>).

As for me, my wish list:
1) Offline SG invites and promotions, for the love bunnies.
2) Pool and APP/PPP customiation. At the very least, the ability to turn off Hasten and Frozen Armor effects. Maybe even Super Speed's, too.
3) More storage capacity in the base, please!
4) The fact that I can store 100 IOs or 100 inspirations in a bin but only 30 pieces of salvage always makes me lol.

1. Solo/small team Incarnate content to earn Incarnate items
2. Free costume pieces (Whats it been, 2 years since the last ones?)
3. Martial secondary for blasters
4. More Praetorian zones
5. More 30-40 content
6. A TF or SF that non-50's can partake in (particularly a Tf for 20-30 or so. 40-50 has enough.)

That would also be nice.

Honestly, I was surprised when I first got here that there wasn't some form of player housing. Of course, this was also only my 2nd MMO after playing SWG for the previous 2 years. I figured most, if not all, MMOs were that open, and had player housing. Obviously, I was wrong, heh.

Hm. My name got mentioned here, so personal bases (aka apartments):

Ideally, this would come with a series of 'theme' maps that you could cut down from existing mission maps. So you'd have offices, caves, ice caves, tech bases, and so on. This ties back into my idea about instanced 'neighbourhoods' for bases. A certain fantasy game that I play allows for three sizes of houses, being personal, deluxe and guild/Supergroup. You could extend that idea to themed neighbourhoods where these bases would blend in, perhaps.

I think that wouldn't be a bad way to go with my aforementioned system of free-standing hook points so you can have a level of customisation that then compliments the costuming excellence that we have. But above all, the amount of furniture items would need to be vastly expanded along with dispensing with the stack-building legacy we have now. It's pushed along the boundaries of creativity, but I'm sure a lot of base builders would love better tools.

Really, combining Blast powers in some fashion with personal protection in some fashion that's not all the way one or all the way the other is probably the biggest thing I want to see, system-wise.
While I know it is a pie-in-the-sky dream, I'd love to see people be able to make their own AT's in a sense. So, you want to be an Invuln/Kin Tankfender? Cool...not that you could do much but be a buffing meatshield, but why not?

Yes, this! 1000x this!

I've been wanting to play an Ice Scrapper since I joined. I don't see why we can't have Ice Scrappers and Stalkers, Dark Blasters, and the like.

we are 2 player and we made our own super group to pool prestige for a base.

its pretty neat!

however - there is NO storage for recipe!!

none! Give us a bookcase pronto! with a 100- 1000 place for recipe!

bigger storage for salvage and a way to quickly sort them! or maybe a buttler or a store manager that can acces all your stuff in a way similar to the auction house with numbers in stock and a remote acess from super base to Auction House.

one teleporter for all the beacon would be great ( I saw that in a previous post)

a way to sort enhencement as the AE or Auction House inside stores and in the enh storage in the SG base

the ability to put anything in our safe - influence, recipe, Ehn, IO set... A way to upgrade the safe - with influence or missions.

Safeguard mission in the flashback system .

Asymetric costume (yeah saw that in another post!)

K9 mastermind -

I would like to promote a SG character went they are offline.

Stuff and contact for both Vigilante and Rogues - right now they are just a way to reach hero or villain status or to collect all the exploration badge.

thats it for now!

1. Redo the CoH contacts so they stop sending you 3 zones away for every mission. If I'm running missions for a contact in Steel Canyon, I kinda expect my contact to specialize in protecting the Steel Canyon neighborhood.

2. GUI update that will allow a "sub" window to be opened (and placed onto my 2nd monitor); no in-game graphics, just some place to put all my chat windows, maps, inventory, etc. Allows for a cleaner look on the "action" screen and gives me more room to monitor all my chatty friends :P

At the top of my list, as always, is BASE LUV

Please see my sig for links to LOW HANGING FRUIT as well as a comprehensive BIG LIST of things base builders have been asking for since... for-freakin-ever.

In addition, there is a new thread in the Base Forums for discussion on personal bases or apartments. There is also a discussion on the current status and viability of bases. The general consensus arising from that thread is leaning to the idea of starting from scratch.

I know there was the recent effort of re-vamping the CoP, so I can only hope that the Devs have some kind of plan for making Bases more viable again.

I know lots of folks would love to see new shinies for bases. But the reality is that nobody seems to have a handle on the code (the original programmer/designer being long gone). So how much sense does it really make to continue building on the old code that breaks if you breathe on it?

I'd rather have a little LOW HANGING FRUIT (self invites, top/bottom skinned flooring, wall units) while they work on a much needed overhaul of the base system. Bases need to be made into something more robust and engaging.

As part of an overhaul, personal apartments would be a good way to engage more of the playerbase in the creative aspects of this game feature. BUT, we need to balance it with the desire to bring viability to Groups and Group bases. I like the idea of personal spaces being very limited, with the possibility of connecting to a larger Group for more amenities.

On another note, I do not think it's a good idea to have all the toons on a global dedicated to one group. I like the ability to put characters in different groups that suit them. IF, however, the idea is to somehow keep track of how many toons from a global are in a group... that may be a different thing.

This is cool idea but the thwarted science fiction writer in me has to ask, how do you or anyone know those robots aren't female even if they don't look remotely mammalian or humanoid?

Anyway, what do I want to throw on the wish list pile?

A guitar emote.

Oh, and maybe smart sitting emotes where I don't have to the immersion breaking "chair dance" before sitting.

I only have one thing I feel absolutely and desperately needs to be addressed...

The original villain groups now look horribly dated compared to the newer ones. And not just "newer" as in the Praetorians... I'm looking at how even the Knives of Artemis compare to Skulls and Hellions. Especially as the Hellions now have those Girlfriends from Hell, which make the rest of the mob they're in look like a friggin' joke.

I'd love to see all the old NPC assets given a modern makeover. Custom (and potentially unlockable) weapons and costume pieces for more groups, civilians more in line with Praetoria in Primal Earth, additional non-supery clothing to make those civilians more diverse. A few more animations to bring those people to life.

Some rework on the old zones to bring them into Ultra Mode would also be nice, but those we burn, freeze, pummel, slice, beat down, fling, spike, rend, whip, shoot and save should really be brought up to speed.

Please, puh-lease, make this happen! I don't get how leaving old crap in game is somehow considered a good idea! (With some exceptions allowed in the CC, because taking choices away from players is bad)
