Help with IO Sniper sets?
Hmm, the one with the most damage enhancement? Just guessing.
Lets go through them. I'm converting them to common IO enhancements.
Exploit Weakness has 4 dual aspect enhancements that have damage as one of the aspects, so 4 x 5/8 or 2.5 enhancements worth of damage.
Calibrated Accuracy has one dual aspect and one triple aspect enhancement with damage so that's 1.125 enhancements (5/8 + 1/2) worth of damage.
Extreme Measures has two dual and two triple so twice that of Calibrated Accuracy so 2.25 enhancements. But you also get 2% set bonus on damage.
Executioner's Contract has 5 dual aspect so 5 x 5/8 or 3.125 enhancements.
Sting of the Manticore has two dual and two triple so just like Extreme Measures, 2.25 enhancements. But it has a 3% set bonus on damage and the 6th IO in the set is a proc with a 20% Chance of Toxic Damage.

I like sting of manticore
Keep in mind that if you're slotting at level 50, ED will take a large chunk out of your enhancement numbers: the "3.125 enhancements" in Executioner's Contract results in a 99.9% enhancement, while the "2.5 enhancements" in Exploit Weakness results in a 95% enhancement.
I looked at Energy Blasts snipe in Mids with the IOs set to 50, Executioners Contract gets 345.12 damage while Sting of the Maticore gets 336.33 not including the damage from the Proc which has a 20% chance to do 71.75 making it, on average, 350.68. Also if you are only interested in how hard it hits and ignore interrupt, you can get 347.87 from Thunderstrike or 355.46 (average 390.8 with Proc) from Apocalypse.
Wow..thank you for the information everybody. *Runs to load up CoX on his computer*

My current favorite is 5 pieces of Sting of the Manticore (everything BUT the proc) and the dam/int/rech piece from Extreme Measures. I am taking them in the 30s though, so I get the set bonus when exemplaring down to mid-level content; if that's over the ED cap for damage at level 50 (I haven't looked), you might want to use the Acc/Rech from Calibrated Accuracy for the last piece instead (so as to get recharge, mainly). The snipe is one of the few powers I don't feel needs ED-capped recharge, since it's pretty unusual to want to spam it.

Calibrated Accuracy is the only one in that list to (IMHO) avoid. I'm not really sure what it's on about, but in effect it gives you 3 SOs worth of Accuracy Enhancement instead of Damage. I'm not sure what the purpose is the devs put behind that.
Everything else you're talking about a difference of maybe 2-5% once you factor in ED.
I can't give you a dev quote, but I heard that Calibrated Accuracy was like that when Castle inherited the IO system ... put it down to Cottage Rule.

Thank you everyone at Paragon and on Virtue. When the lights go out in November, you'll find me on Razor Bunny.
Which IO set will make my snipe hit the hardest? Thank you in advance.
