Team Composition was:

Shin: fire/kin troller
Locks: Snc/cold corr
Purple: rad/arch def
Cinder: fire/cold corr
Ashes: fire/kin corr
Arli: ss/fire brute
Phoenix: ice/cold corr
Horus: Dm/Sd Scrap (tin mage) Snc/Cold corr (apex)

No temps used.

Apex time could have been better but Ashes was unable to enter the last mission and Horus was completely lagged out, so we were sorta doing that last mission with 6.5 people.

Still fantastic runs, knew we would finally break the 20 min barrier when we actually tried to break it

You should post this in the threads where everyone's whining about how hard the TFs are.

Nice job.

Loose --> not tight.
Lose --> Did not win, misplace, cannot find, subtract.
One extra 'o' makes a big difference.

Teamwork, great builds, great players that know what they are doing is all you need in any task force.

Still want to try to do the Apex faster tho

So was it made as a group of friends with some pugs or was this meant as a dream team?

Impressive either way of course.

Yeah heh I got most of my toons, having to turn those things off on every single toon is really annoying, at least they arent all up in your face.

Just a group of friends that regularily run TFs together.

The run was in no way a pre-planned dream team (although everyone on the team is really great ), I sent tells out about 10 mins before we actually started saying that we were finally going to go for a sub20 after figuring out what the key to doing it was a few days earlier. (ie why I am on my controller instead of my fire/cold)

I have yet to have anything less than a complete Cake Walk on Tin/Apex so far.

Even when it first came out and Tabby got a completely random team AT/Powerset wise of probably the first 8 people to get their alpha slotted. It was pretty slow going since we hadn't done it before, but still very far from difficult.

I can't understand how people can consider Apex and Tin Mage difficult.

Space reserved for a super awesome Signature, someday...

Reading through the complaint threads, there's a lot of folks that are confusing "difficult" with "tedious and/or gimmicky." They also don't understand that these two TFs are supposed to be harder than what they've done before, and it might actually take some planning ahead to do it like they're used to.

The same thing happened with the CoP. I am not surprised. Hopefully just putting good information out there and exposure will remedy some of the complaining. What I don't understand is that people seem to want to be able to accomplish things quickly and easily, but then complain they are bored.

My biggest complaint regarding CoP and complaint of many people I'm playing with is only about organizational requirements. Not the raid difficulty itself.

Take Hami and Rikti ship for example. Only requirement for you to participate in any of raids is to be in the zone. You don't even need the team for that, leave along requirement of having the team leaders from the same SG/VG.

lol, yeah i see the irony in that. But it also shows the diversity of the skill levels that play this game. From complainers who cant even do the lowliest of TFs to those who can breeze thru the toughest of TFs.

Even the new TFs which are specifically made to be more challenging the others, some players and teams are so over-tweaked to be able to feel unchallenged with lv54 mobs. That shows how versatile the AT's in this game can be, and how much a veteran and skilled player can squeeze out of their character...

Hope they continue to increase the difficulty of the TF's to the point where only the "elites" are able to accomplish them, and the average has to complain.
