Statesman's Task Force (STF), the 3rd mission to clear out the vines does not show the counter. It only shows that the AV must be defeated. The mechanic to defeat the AV (tree) still requires the vines to be cleared first, but never shows a vine count.

I had similar issues on a lower level Safeguard mission, same problem, floating money bags, no visible mobs and not targetable. Was doing it solo on a scrapper with no AOE so I was pretty much up a creek on it. Only way out was to log-off. I reset and tried again, same problem. I'm guessing this is a significant and repeatable bug/problem with Safeguards since i19.

Can anyone confirm doing a Safeguard and NOT having that problem?

If there's a bit of lag server-side during the log out, the "log back in" step does not complete properly, and you end up with the "This account is already logged in" message with your password filled out. In other words, working as intended, if not as expected.

I'm not sure about the "bit of lag server-side"... It never works for me at all and my connection is quite solid and fast.

So what? Your connection might be solid and fast, your computer perfectly running and utterly up to date and solid.

But if the City of Heroes *game servers* and *login servers* are lagging, which they do regardless of how well the game works on your computer, the "character select" button is always going to drop you to the login screen with your password filled out and a note saying "This account is already logged in." Because the logout process hasn't completed server-side, but it has completed client-side.

Upon trying to respec my tanker I found that the Battle Axe secondary set was messed up in that the names seemed to be scrambled around. Beheader was the first automatic power, then you could take Gash then Chop then Swoop.

- While this may not be a bug its a little off putting: Drones, Turrets etc sounding like R2D2 being punched repeatedly, whilst being attacked.

When ever I fly to the right of the tallest building in PI my game freezes up. I've been able to duplicate it several times.

I have a similar problem in that EVERY TIME that I enter Nelson Borough in PI from the "main" street in the middle of the map my game locks up. I can enter it normally from the left side...and if I LEAVE Portal Corp through the main street I'm okay. But I've always credited it a problem on my machine or something.

Another thing I noticed yesterday. The "Allignment" tab is missing from the personal info window. It's there if you open your own information window, but if you target any other players it will not show up.

Also, the Secondary Mutation sound effect will randomly be played while fighting. I'm not sure what triggers it, but I've noticed it several times.

Just want to add, this is not a persistent bug; I ran an STF a few days ago and the vine counter worked perfectly.
