Unless I am mistaken all Alignment powers are click powers not automatics. I think you are confusing the countdown to alignment power (1 week I believe) which was automatic but not a power with the actual power that is a click.

I'm talking about the power Duplicity which prior to the update was Automatic and now has become a Click power but only on half my characters. Looking at Wiki I see there are now countdown powers that exist prior to the actual power or maybe they were like that from the start but the text has then been screwed up on the Automatic versions to read as the exact same power. I read the text in game when I first got the countdown version and it said nothing about this just being a countdown to the real power, the text actually showed me the same thing as the real power before I had ever even seen what the real power was. So it's still a bug just not the bug I thought it was.
No story arcs were open on that toon. I ran it fine with my other ones so far. Just seem to be unable to get him to talk to me on that toon. He must not like old spice.
Edit: Mender Ram would not speak with the toon from the initial point of contact solo or teamed. He just doesnt like old spice. |
Rogue alignment swap. I had zero mission arcs open on the toon prior to the alignment swap. All my other rogues ran it fine with missions arcs open prior to swap. No worries though, I have enough toons to worry about Alpha slotting as it is lol.
If this were the case on all of my 50s, then I would probably be mad as a bovine, but my others are fine. I reckon it will get fixed at some point, so I will not freak out since it is not one of my main toons anyhow.

Aardwolf - level 50 claws/invulnerability scrapper
Anchor - level 50 level gravity/forcefield controller
Dr. Dusk - level 50 mercenaries/dark miasma mastermind
I've seen a few more as well:
-- Sometimes Task Force missions won't Auto-set after you speak to the contact. As a TF leader you can attempt to manually set the mission from your mission list but even that won't work sometimes -- you've got to enter the mission for it to set to the other members, or they have to open up the mission list and click on your mission to see the yellow marker on the compass.
-- I've noticed mobs (especially AVs and EBs) have gained the tendency to run around waaaaaaay more often now than pre-I19, and it's mega annoying. I mean, a full health Rommy running around like a scaredy little girl from a squishy blaster? Really? That's not the only example though, it's been happening a lot to different people.

-- I noticed that sometimes after zoning any powers I had set on Auto-cast would drop the auto-cast off them and I have to set it again.
P.S: The AVs running around thing I've noticed on all TFs and arcs really not just the incarnate arc. In iTF rommy keeps running around in the third and fourth missions. It's extremely frustrating especially in the third missions where he's almost lost inside the huge *** tower he's usually waiting on top.

Defeat Silent Blade villain tip mission... repeatedly bugged on multiple characters from multiple players. Had to have GM complete it for me.
PI mayhem... LB and Holoman never showed after we triggered the vault alarm and took the loot. They were nowhere on the map that we could find. Had to just fail that one.
Please buff Ice Control.

Yet ANOTHER problem: Looks like missions that are of the "board train" variaty are f'ed up. Yesterday while on a Kahn TF we repeatedly had to all log off and switch team leaders around (to reset the mission) on almost every mission to be able to actually zone inside the mission. Worst was on the last mission, tooks us almost two rounds of fully rotating team leader to be able to access it, by the time we actually managed to two people have already given up and quit the TF.

Just a few bugs I've experienced:
Roy Cooler Arc - the mission where you have to search for the President around Talos streets:
- Zoning to the streets caused the old elevator syndrome for my Bots - They ran all the way to the otherside of the map, finally returning after 5mins (the time it took me to /bug it).
Animation bugs:
- Nemesis staff animation after being mezzed results in you looking like a drunk trying to swat a fly with a huge pole.
- Casting Dark Servant after casting and upgrading Bots results in Bots going through upgrade animation again - this was an old bug that was fixed a while back but has reappeared since i19
- Various attack animations fail to initiate - could be just lag in this case as it happens with random attacks on different ATs. Sands of Mu seems to be the most common though.
Sound Bugs:
- Secondary Mutation sound kicks in when casting Howling Twilight - This usuall happens if you cast the mutation at the start of a mission, and then use HT during that mission.
- While this may not be a bug its a little off putting: Drones, Turrets etc sounding like R2D2 being punched repeatedly, whilst being attacked.
Arena
- Swiss Draw caused a CTD for me and most (if not all) of the other participating players. As soon as I tried to access the Arena list after relogging, I immediately CTDed again.

Hero respec, when you enter the final mission, various doors seem to spontaneously open now. This can be a real problem if you have pets/confused badguys wandering around. Our +4 freakspec was really quite a laugh with the contents of the first big room and all the side rooms attacking us at once without us opening any of the doors.
As for the mender ramiel issue, I had a form email from support, the criteria are:
Must be 50
Must have GR
Must have Entrusted with the secret, easiest way to fix is to get the ouro explo badge
Must not have too many open arcs, and escrowed ones from a previous alignment definitely count.

Ok so not an i19 specific bug (because it's been happening before it came out), but I sure is one anyway...
When foes are mezzed or immobilised during a fight pets stop attacking, but not only that, I've noticed that this happens on both sides (pets and npcs) even when they aren't. It's like both pets' and critters' aggro lists just wipe and everyone just stands around doing nothing until the player attacks.
In a similar area, I've also seen my pets attack individual mobs or spawns who are not aggroed and are just loitering around in attack range, and have not noticed me. Now I always run in bodyguard mode, so somewhere in the pets defensive AI they're being aggressive.

A large amount of Clockwork that are defeated during the Apex and Tin Mage TFs are not targetable by a Warshade. This makes it so that a) unchain essence during the TF is basically useless, and B) extract essence cannot be used on the defeated enemies to get the pet. Stygian circle is either hit or miss on these corpses.
Note: The enemies when alive are WAI. It's just when they have fallen down they are no longer targetable. The first instance of this issue that I recall was when Issue 10 was first released, where a large amount of the Rikti in the tunnels were not targetable after defeat.

The "Quit to character select" isn't really "Quit to character select."
It's "Log out to login screen, do not clear the password, log back in, select the same server, and do it all automatically without input from the player."
If there's a bit of lag server-side during the log out, the "log back in" step does not complete properly, and you end up with the "This account is already logged in" message with your password filled out. In other words, working as intended, if not as expected.
It appears that the toggles dropping while zoning is back again.
Practically every time I exit my base my toggles are off. Superior Invisibility and Super Speed were detoggled.

Running Tips mishes on my level 50 Inv/SS tanker for the last week, whenever I have a Devouring Earth mish, it spawns Greater Devoured as bosses, despite my difficulty set to not spawn bosses. This was not the case pre-i19, even if I had it set for x8.
All other factions from Tips seem to be spawning as normal, with bosses still being lowered to Lieutenant rank.

Another one that's missed in this thread:
It's already been posted already on the PVP boards... but there are no rewards of any kind (Inf, Prestige, EXP, nothing) for PVP kills on Live at present. Even if the new Incarnate Shard drops are going to be restricted to only level 50 versus Level 50 PVP kills... I'm pretty sure this isn't currently working as intended. Whee.
