I was in AP33...and now I'm not...but I wonder if it might be possible to maintain a kind of standing vigil on that instance? Keep it open by keeping it populated, I think it was the highest numbered instance we got to. It would be another good gesture of solidarity by maintaining a presence, 24/7, until the lights go out or until the server crashes. LOL. Probably the latter.

The first character I ever created to play back when the world began is still one of my "mains". But because I have chronic alt-itis I don't actually play him as often as I do some lower characters but I dust him off regualrly. He's always my first character to test out the SSAs, for example, cuz he's easily the most survivable.

But you could make a case for my first villain I created when that issue (was it 6?) began is my true main. He's the one who's spawned the most "clones" on other sides, servers and realities in different games entirely. He's got the most iconic "voice" and he's the easiest for me to fall into character with. If I could only keep one character out of the dozens I have to play it would be him.

So how would I go about setting the executable to run in XP-SP3 mode with Windows 7? I would like to experience the game in 3D surround and see if it's worth the performance hit and sheer annoyance in other areas.

The 3D Sound box of N/A makes me sad

Upon trying to respec my tanker I found that the Battle Axe secondary set was messed up in that the names seemed to be scrambled around. Beheader was the first automatic power, then you could take Gash then Chop then Swoop.

I think this bug has been reported before; while building a base I zoned into the Talos portal and was suddenly trapped within an impenetrable force field. Nothing in the entry room had been placed on top of the entry spot. I could type /stuck to get out. Other of my characters who tried to enter suffered the same thing.

But...

When I closed the game client and restarted it, I went to my character select screen and the order I had them in on each server I was on was scrambled. I fixed the order and was able to get back into the base normally. I don't know if they are related (I didn't test that) but it's an odd coincidence.

The game must be infested with little chaos code demons like this.

And which "Community" picks them?

Did the new Flight animations get scrubbed?

I'd like to see them implement a soloable, repeatable version of a respec trial at level 50, but put it on a timer so you could only get the "token" once a week, or a month, or whatever. Seems like they have the ability to use timers in this fashion since they are to impelement mission abandoning based on a timer.
