Like I said, mathematically there's no reason not to do this. If you don't want another month's worth of subscription because you're not going to play, that's another story.

Bought the Wedding pack and Cyborg pack. The others I had already effectively gotten for $5 each from bundling with released editions like the Mac or Architect editions. I don't think I ever would have paid $10 for those packs.
WARNING
I bought 3 good vs evil edition packs when they were on sale on steam. I applied one to each of my accounts, but I couldn't apply the third one to either account. After thoroughly reading the terms and service, I found out that you can only apply one code type per account.
I am almost certain that this will be a waste of money if you have already purchased the compete edition. I will not be purchasing this because I am not wasting my money on codes that I can't use, as I bought the complete edition for both accounts. I would love for a dev to prove me wrong, but that is what my experience has shown.

I believe the resctriction on the packs like GvE or CE packs, but I've never tried to added a 2nd one of those.
SI Radio has many DJs and listeners whom hold City of Heroes close to their hearts. We will be supporting many efforts to keep CoH ALIVE!!
You can only add one of each retail code to an account, from my personal experience.
On my main account, I've got the standard CoH release, CoH DVD Collector's Edition, CoV standard, GvE Edition, Mac Edition, Architect Edition and the GR: Complete Collection.
I've never tried with a standard edition CoH code, but I did try to add a second GvE retail code to my account at one point and it wouldn't let me.

Got my Complete Collections in the mail. I had the preorder Going Rogue (from way back in like April). I wasn't sure if this code would work to give me an extra month (since I already had Going Rogue), but it did, so I am pleased
