Thank you, thank you. My, what a turn out!

Now, for many years, Samuraiko has held a near tyrannical hold on City of Heroes promotional videos. She's bombarded us with music videos, mixes, edits, and quality that some would say bests the City of Heroes team itself. For too long have we lived under her shadow and delicious brownies.

It seems to me that this should change. As is the way taught to me by my mentor, Andrew Ryan, when you want something, you take it. It is that simple, and those who think it is more complex are muddled and obfuscated by petty morality.

So I have done what most have only dreamed. I have ousted Samuraiko and made a City of Heroes Trailer of a sauce so awesome Teriyaki Chicken would not be worthy to absorb its flavorings.

In an act of true individuality and bravery, I have toiled through the harrowing first half of my lunch break to bring you all my opus. Let this be played at my funeral, which I imagine will be soon once Samuraiko strikes me down with a bloody vengeance brought on by jealousy and rage.

After google searching, yours was the third video series I saw titled "Captain Outhouse". I don't know the actual chronological order, but I feel less creative each time.

Just a note: I'm telling myself I unintentionally ripped you off, as yours was the only video that didn't pick that model specifically to go "Lulz black people". Stay classy, internet.

Oddly enough i do not pronounce "calm" the same as "mom". Bizarre as it may seem i pronounce the "L" as a sort of transitional phoneme between the "a" and "m" sounds. (If that explanation makes any sense.)

If you look at the dates, I think you'll see AE Babies Part 1 (9/03/09) is the first appearance of Capt. Outhouse. You start seeing more (made by others) pop up around 9/23/09 and after.

You explanation makes a great deal of sense, the idea that you would do so, however does not...

(I live near Boston, but first learned English in Detroit, so my own pronunciation and ear for things could be admittedly quite skewed...)

Eh, my more formative linguistic years were in the Northeastern US, mostly in New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey (more the agrarian Western part rather than the Eastern "Joisey" region ) and Connecticut. My actual accent is mostly an amalgam of those regional variations on English. Mostly. Of course the accents change over time and i pick up some of the local accent depending on where i am.

Pity... I had a list of approximately forty videos for COH I wanted to make, but I guess now they will never exist beyond my own imagination, since I'm obviously neither wanted nor needed here.
