I recently rewatched TRON. It had probably been 15 or 20 years since the last time I watched it. It's amazing to see how relatively primitive the "State of the Art" movie CGI was in 1982. 
The basic story behind TRON was still fairly solid. Simple, but well done. As long as this new movie also has a reasonably handled story I suspect it'll do well. Obviously the CGI is top notch for 2010. People have been quibbling about the effects used to make a young version of Flynn look cheesy or whatever but I really don't think it was handled that badly from the trailers I've seen.
All in all TRON Legacy looks like it'll be good enough to satisfy most people.

The way you had it is the classic example of an infinite loop. Your "Count" variable would keep getting reinitialized back to 1 forever.
I don't usually correct people for grammar/spelling mistakes in these forums, but since I've been a software engineer for almost 20 years it was too hard to resist this.

Was there an earlier trailer that had some bad CGI for Jeff Bridges in this movie that's been improved at some point?

Kind of... I didn't see it being that bad, but this trailor has more of the effect and it looks great. Also there was talk around production insiders.

(If you want to write a program on a TI calculator, you only other option is assembler.)

You know, not to be a nit-picker or anything, buuuuuuuut...
The movie's namesake was a program writen by Alan Bradley (Bruce Boxleitner). Yet, I don't see him (Tron, not Burce, him I saw) anywhere, trailer or IMDB entry.

I have a feeling the new movie will at least explain what happened to Tron and Yori but I don't really have a problem with them not playing big roles in new movie.

Wasn't the first trailer, which was released over a year ago, a proof of concept thing where they were just showing off what they could do with current technology rather than an actual trailer?

Fan speculation has it that the character of "Rinzler" may actually be Tron, either working undercover or brainwashed/rewritten into serving Clu.

Basically in that game, your character was the son of Alan digitized into the system and you were essentially Tron 2.0 at that point.
For this movie, I suspect TRON may show up to lend a hand near the end thus repaying Flynn for his aid with the MCP.
This looks so sweet can't wait to see it.....
