2 Good friends of mine were in a bad 9 car accident last night. One was released from the hospital today with a broken rib and had a punctured lung. His wife is in ICU on a Ventilator and not doing well as of 20 min ago from his sister. But I am speaking full healing and recovery. Many people (4 or 5) lost their lives in it. Thanks

Amber Reed is in ICU. Her husband Chris is out.

Sorry to hear about your loss. My wife lost a good friend in a car accident many years ago, but still keeps her in her thoughts. What's important is that you're there to support your friend through this trying time. I offer you and him my sincere condolences.

Oh, no. Hang in there. Cherish her memory, and support those who survived.

I had a sad loss a while back, of my father. Only time can heal wounds of the heart.

Pain of a loss is something that each person has to deal with inside, and heal from.

My condolences to you HalfSlice and to all of the friends and family who lost someone in that accident. The families, friends, Chris and Amber remain in my thoughts and prayers.

My condolences to you and your friends. Only time can heal the wounds of the heart and the pain never goes away, just becomes more berable, having recently lost my father I know how devastating it is.

Wow that's terrible news. I myself know what it's like to be in a car accident. Luckily me and my mother walked away okay. Even luckier her car was a Ford Escort. I think it was a mid-90s model and good god they were well built cars. We got t-boned on the passenger side of the car. I happened to BE in the passenger seat at the time.
