Yeah, while you can't make a cat "muzzle", there is an option in the face "makeup" for a cat-like face. Throw on some cat ears and you're done.

Also... tried making one with existing costumes... kinda works, but the Scrapper claws screw up the whole thing won't just let me use paws!

It's the alien face, Masks With Hair, black skin color with a white mask (forgot exactly which one).
