Is it that hard to update the server status screen?

Huh - that's exactly what I was thinking. Is it really that hard? Nah - I do website maintainence etc for a living - even the poxy sites get that right... grrrr. grumble... grrrr.
The server status has not been updated since September 7th... (small print, lower right of status screne)...
And exactly what is the question you expect other players to be able to answer? None of us can explain why the Server Status Webpage is not showing that the servers are down.

Well - that is ridiculous then - not updated since September 7th? More grrr's - more grumbles - and evern more grrr's
Hehe - noone expects a response from other players as to why it's happening - it's more a gripe thing and hope at least ONE dev reads the thread and bothers to do something about it... not expecting much on that front though.

Your best best is to PM one of the Customer service reps. Like Avatea. TheOcho is more forum moderation but he might be able to bring it to somebody's attention.
Sometimes the server status page gets stuck and somebody needs to give it a kick.
It may not be a question... but I'm annoyed at this too. First time I ever remember having a problem with it.

Well - this isn't my thread - just read it and responded cos it's frustrating. The last person to respond with a suggestion of who to contact about this issue was helpful - so there you go...

Yeah, well, it's hard to not be frustrated:
- Maintenance is supposed to last 2 hrs or less - going on 2.5 now
- No information from CoH officials whatsoever on the issue
- Only available info, server status page (which was updated last WEEK)
- Surely, the company is aware of all this and chose to be silent
But, we moan and gripe, because somewhere deep inside us, our inner hero considers it an injustice to us paying customers - and we really want to grab this villain by the tail and swing him around a bit...

I work full-time as a mom and out of the home...when do I have time for CoH??? Every chance I get..lol...Freedom is the place I roam..

Was j/k about that...I keep looking at forum..go to log in page..try to sign in... servers still down...go back to forum to see if there is anything useful...grrrrrrr....they have taken my toy and I want it back....

Yeah - that's right - what's wrong with people venting their frustration out here. It's a bit nutty that people tell you not to post your complaints 'cos this is supposed to be a player only help thread - where else are you supposed to say these things? Watch out - the COH police are about...
There is one benifit to posting the above question here...I know know that it is not on my end of the tech that the servers say "up", but the game is realy down. So now i can stop fiddling with my Friewall settings. I did go to the Tech forums first (about 20 min ago) but did not see the "server status"error there (perhapse i missed it in the "Patch Notes", went there too) The game being down on Thurs. is not a big deal, I just do housework till it goes back up again...

I mean really? I log on I check out the main page...it says All servers up. I think awesome playtime before my day starts...WRONG...servers down. I grumble...refresh main page...nope they still say up.
Is it honestly that hard to have something that is accurate that says the servers are up or down?
