Free Speech?

Hey Champion.

I am posting this thread not to make drama, but to make Champions population aware of a situation that happend on Champions United last night. During a Arena match I was booted from the Champions United Channel because a SG mate booted Elf Stalker from a arena match because he was AFK. I understand Elf was mad but to kick some one from a global Channel because of his anger? This is a violation of the free speech that Champions United stood for and a abuse of power. I am in no way angry, I just felt it was my duty to inform Champions population.

I am five year vet and like to consider myself a positive influence on the Champion community.

Also thank you to the Mods, Mym, Cherry, VQ and others that supported me. I was invited back to the channel.

UC dont play dumb and play the victim. I told mebs I didn't want be captain and I was going afk while you guys pick teams. I mean who doesnt go afk while pick teams. Bathroom break, Soda break and etc. UC you support mebs for kicking me,cause I didnt want be captain. I never saw someone get kick because they didnt want be captain. I really don't care and thing would be dealt with tomarrow going out to all admin in the channel. I told you UC I shouldnt have kick but you dumb remark P*** me off, so you started drama =-). I should have just kick mebs which am and going to. Drama you avoid UC but Drama is Champion server so sit back and get a taste.

I dislike you elf. That's why I kicked you from the match. Unfair it may be, but to be honest I don't give a flaming s***.

Someone already has the name "Nerd Rage" on Champion... I hope they are putting it to good use.

I want to take this opprotunity to apologize to UC, Cherry, Mebs, Elf, VQ and *Myrmadon For the behavior that took place in Champions United yesterday.
I dont know the story from all angles, I just know that the entire situation should not have happened.

Champions United was formed because of situations like this that have happened in other channels in the past. We have put in place those that I felt had the strongest grasp on the daily "in's and out's" of Champion Server. We do NOT want CU run as some others have decided to run their channels... We want a "Free speech" channel, as long as you keep your drama filled speech to your self.

I think the damage that was done yesterday is fixable, but it will have a long standing backlash Im sure. Please, Im going to need everyones help to get past this. I will speak with all involved people and try to fix this situation, as NO ONE should have been kicked from either CHAMPIONS UNITED or CHAMPIONS PVP.

There comes a time in every situation where the act of being an azzhole in any given situation needs to stop, and Common sence needs to step in. I believe in defending your position to someone that is trying to impose their opinions upon you 100%. I believe in standing up for your rights, and beliefs 100%. All of you here know I will not conform to someone elses rule of thumb, BUT.... in all the issues I have ever had in the past with certain individuals on Champion server, That in no way has ever given me the right to remove them from a global channel due to a non related issue.

I think maybe we all need to erase last last night, take a min, GROW UP for a second, and think about the cascading effect our actions could have on the greater good of the entire server?

You cant say anything politics CU... just sayin. Thankfully, in The Rabid Pingu, there is a real free speech channel.

All rhetoric aside. glad things are working out and everyone who got their panties in a wad have been reinstated or removed as the case may be.
