My brute never stops. Just need a kin :P A +2.5% recovery bonus from a set only gives .04 end/sec. QR slotted around 1 end/sec. Stam slotted, around .7 end/sec. You could slot all those sets for +recov but is it really worth it over say 3.75% def per set? I dont know. I have QR and stam and some large set bonuses for recovery and I still have to pace myself and pop blues if i dont have a kin. Unless you have something like Power Sink I think youre still gonna run out of end solo if you go balls out.

I have a Dark/WP and he never stops. He also never dies either and I don't need near all those expensive IO's.
You must play around with Mid's a lot like I do. There are so many builds that look good on paper but I never get around to making.

OR you could make an Energy or Electric Armor brute and have a power that gives you full end every 30 seconds, a cheaper way to "never stop."
My SS/WP/soul only slows down when hasten and rage crash at the same time. Switching soul to energy would put an end to that. Having to stop the SMASH to use powers like power sink and consume is not the same as being able to just totally ignore your end bar and focus on crushing the mob in front of you.
Oh, and all that isn't needed with claws but its still cool to have.

I dont get it, anything with Stam and QR with just IOs doesnt run out of end. What the point of wasting billions on more recovery, you should better pick def powers and slot up with Luck's for more damage.
It'd be overkill. My 50 claws/WP brute never had issues with endurance and that was just with QR and Stamina. Never had issues with the green bar either, well the one hole would be DDR, so arachnos and cimoreans can hurt you. I had softcapped s/l btw.
