It doesn't matter if you point is legitimate or not. The only people who can do something about the status of support do not read these forums, are not going to read these forums, and do not receive any input or feedback from the people who do read these forums. The only people who can give you an answer are going to be found in either Brighton, or in NCSoft's Korean Headquarters.
I used the european lounge to discuss with other members of the EU about the way we are being treated, I have long since given up trying to get ansewers from NcSoft b4 them Cryptic, so don't come on here playing the whining card, I didn't put title of thread need feedback from knobs who couldn't give a monkeys *** cos they are ok.
If you don't like whining or rants, then maybe you should have read title of thread before entering it, it wasn't hard to guess that the thread wasn't gonna contain flowers and fluffy bunnies.
Are we not even allowed to discuss EU treatment in our lounge now?, blimey it's even worse than i thought.

Also, seriously Je_Saist, go away. You're not on EU, never were on EU and have no idea about our issues or how they've been handled so far. The Brighton office is pretty much reduced to a man who occasionally comes out to walk the dog.
At least here Avatea can make our concerns known to the relevant parties.

The snark was uncalled for but I get the idea and quite frankly, I like a challenge. Given that we've had sod all responses since our 'concerns were raised with relevant parties' I reckon it's time to step up the pace a little.
I have written a long letter, polite but firm, detailing our concerns which will be posted first class to the suggested addresses above. I have included the address of the 'Going Rogue in Europe' thread which I think details our concerns pretty well. You never know, someone might read it.
I will update this thread each week to let you know whether I have received a response.
Should I receive a response, I will happily post it up here for the community to digest.
Let's see who gets back to us first. 
Also, if anyone else feels like doing the same, go ahead. Perhaps mass bombardment is the only way to get noticed around here.

I'm TELLING you this isn't the place.
There isn't anything you can do on the forums to get the attention of the people who MATTER.
The EU players can whine, hiss, cry, roast effigies of the Developers, and so on... but as long as it's here on the CoH forums, nobody in NCSoft Corporate is going to notice.
I am TELLING the EU players WHERE to vent their fustrations. I'm telling them WHERE to send letters that will actually get the attention of the people that MATTER.
trust me, NCSoft will sit up and take notice if they get a flood of hand written or typed out letters arriving in physical envelopes at their actual offices.
You want their attention? You want to change something.
Sending Physical letters to their offices is the best way to get that attention.

If their lead Developer goes to the "powers that be" and says "we have a real thing going on here because a huge chunk of our player base is being left out of the loop and it's giving us a real bad rep on our forums and in our community - in other words, it's costing the corporation money" they will sit up and take notice.

Quite funny, if you look at registration date of majority of posters here, most veterans sticking in this game 4+ years already. Normaly those who would stick with CoH no mather what, and even they have a bad feeling about this stuff.
(And u can send a letter to NCKorea, but NC Korea has nothing to do with CoH, its a full NC US product)

I believe my biggest problem now is stemmed from the forum merge, when we had our own forums the difference in equality was less apparent and a lot of things would be missed.
It is very apparent now, down to the basic official forum competetions to the very dissapointing fact that we will not recieve a box edition with big chunks inbetween, how we are being percieved.
The official line's of apologies are wearing thin in my book, and instead of sitting in a boardroom coming up with ways to treat the EU a bit better they are instead replaced by people sitting around the table coming up with another list of excuses and apologies.
I repeat my original post, in all i want is a straight forward ansewer to whether or not the EU will continue to recieve this kind of treatment, I will not get upset or start whining,creating multiple threads etc., I will just leave having enjoyed my experience up until now.
On a brighter note, there has been a significant rise in old faces returning.
On a darker note, how long will they stay if the EU continues to seem a hindrance at best.

Sidenote, for those (i wont mention the names from a PM) who say 'go buy the box in US', any idea how freaking expensive that will be? The box itself aint expensive, shipping and additional taxes (customs) easy makes the price of the box three or even four times more expensive.

Might as well save your breath as moaning on here.
Once they have extracted what they can from whats left of the EU players buying GR, im quite sure there will be a sudden merge of servers or add us to the US list anyway, so none of it really matters.
As for the person shouting about writing letters, stop shouting, makes you look ******* stupid, if you had been banging your head on a wall as long as the EU players have you would realise how futile your suggestion is.

This indefinition is not good for us... as you said, some old familiar faces are coming back this last couple of weeks, but we haven't been told anything new since those Avatea's and WW's posts last April regarding GR boxes in Europe.
Ok, I won't have any problem cause what I want is to play anyway, so I'll buy GR through NCSoft Store (crossing fingers it does not collapse next Tuestay, btw, as I already agreed joining 2 brand new themed teams in Praetoria, one dual pistols only and another one based in electricity) as I've already done with all these Booster Packs... BUT as I already stated back in April, what we want is a physical presence of GR boxes in shelves, in order to keep the EU Community alive, even bigger with new customers that could pass by them or buying other videogames, take a look at the box and think "hm... that seems interesting, I might buy it". That might be our only hope to keep this side of the pond alive.
Regarding TV advertisements, magazines special offers... k, that's nice, we already watched 4 videos in both the official website and youtube, but we had to be told where to watch them, all that being customers already, so how hard for other people completely alien to us to notice them. I don't know your situation across Europe guys, but here in Spain, the best pc videogames magazine, named Micromania, has tons of information about WoW Cataclysm (nearly 10 pages), Shogun Total War 2 (more or less the same), StarCraft II, Wings of Liberty and more... but nothing more than just a few lines for COX GR... and that's THEIR AUGUST ISSUE!

Aye, I've given up on any reasonable level of service or community support for the EU side of things. I now just casually play CoX EU until either the servers are switched off or merged.
Not going to get a US-account due to the level of investment I have in my EU account/characters.
No offense to our US-cousins but since the Brighton office closed... it's been apalling this side of the Pond.

Another reason has cropped up to annoy me that the Eu didn't get any boxes.
Sites are now offering discounts and bumpf for purchasing these box sets, and still the EU has not been told what is going to be done for them, all we get "we are working on ways" all the time, think now enough is enough they need to let us know what the plan is for the EU is.
If we are to be the forgotten ones all the time, then just tell us, I will find a game to play where I am not considered a second class citizen.
If we are to be treated on a lvl par then let us know how and when, not the same excuse package I have downloaded and processed many a time since the forums have merged.
