Same as every other time, when closed beta is over. Then whoever participated can say whatever they want.
You can talk about it *now,* if you like.
- Released information, such as from the website, dev statements, cons and interviews are fair game.
- Speculation is fine. ("Anyone think Praetoria is really made of Velveeta?")
- You can, if you so choose and have access to the info, talk about what's in closed beta. However, if you do so, the thread will likely be deleted and you'll never see another closed beta again, thanks to your breaking the NDA.
Obviously, not many choose to go the second route. 
Though with the loyalty announcement, I expect more leaks.
well, i don't know about you guys, but at the top of my forums page there is a section called Going Rogue closed beta. and i didn't get an invite. i can find out all of the cool NDA stuffs i guess.

Hate to tell ya, but even just saying that you have access to the Beta information technically violates the NDA.

but i'm not. i closed the section anyways. i don't want to see the spoilers before i'm suppossed to.
Or... Maybe your account was active from Aug 15 to Nov 15 last year, earning you the Loyalty badge (and thus a Beta invite), but you just didn't get the email.
I have checked my email settings dozens of times, I am sure they're all correct, and yet I never get any email from NCSoft.
Except that one time I /petitioned because of a stuck enemy. I got him unstuck, completed the mission, and went to the website to cancel the support ticket. Next day I had a "How was our customer service?" survey waiting for me.

edit: believe me, if i knew i was in the beta i wouldn't have posted in this thread.
The GR beta seems to be following the same NDA type situation as the issue closed betas. In that there's not an official NDA to sign but you are still bound by an NDA-like agreement.
So er...you might not want to talk about stuff in the open forums.

If you can see the forums, you should be talking about this stuff there was my point.
sorry. wasn't trying to be rude to you. but there really was no point in saying anything after i had said i was PM'ing avatea to find out what was going on before you posted.
For somebody not trying to be rude you certainly did a good job of it.

Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.

- The first rule of Closed Beta is, you do not talk about Closed Beta (outside the officially designated area).
- The second rule of Closed Beta is, you DO NOT talk about Closed Beta (outside the officially designated area).
- If a mod says stop, locks the thread, deletes posts, your Beta days are over.
- Report two bugs a week (at least).
- One beta test at a time.
- Dress code is the opposite of Triumph.
- Closed Beta will go on as long as it has to.
- If this is your first night in Closed Beta, the download/login server will be hammered.
