More theme/amusement park areas!
Red or blue side?
Are talking about how you can walk inside that base? Or just villain group basses in general?
Yeah, being able to just walk in the base off the street, no zoning.

Alternatively, you can just explore the SW corner of the RWZ and ignore the slight spoiler above

The above post may contain Cynicism, sarcasm and/or pessimism. If you object to the quantities contained, then tough.
OP was asking if there was more, well there aren't any more in the RWZ. (I think) There is however the tunnels in Grandville and the Dev dungeon in Falutline. Thats all I know of tho.
Faultline has the Arachnos dig near the base (the one Agent G sends you into for 3 of his missions).
Striga has the Wolf's Throat.
Dark Astoria has something similar in the graveyard although I haven't explored it much beyond grabbing the exploration badge.
I can't think of any others that aren't just short tunnels (like the parking garage in Port Oakes and Faultline or the under-street waterways in Founder's Falls and St Martial).

And also it's a vote for more of these tucked away. ;D
The Longbow base at Agincourt in Nerva has a neat little area underneath - not very extensive but there's some interesting stuff going on in there...

For anyone looking for these if you do some of the new Exploration badges from the last issue especially red side they will take you to a few of these type places.
Freedom Server - Main = Lil Bug & way too many alts to list
Perez Park has some really interesting park-like areas hidden under the canopy.
Do the warburg tunnels count?
And for novelty there's the fun crey zoo/containment area in Nerva.

Oooo I didn't know there were two hidden areas in Nerva. Time to go on the hunt again!
I recently discovered the hidden shanty town in St. Martial. I thought that was pretty neat.

In Brickstown you have the very large area that starts in a parking lot, and then you have the other underground area all the way East in the zone.

This is what 3700 heroes in a single zone looks like.
Thanks to @EnsonsDeath for the GVE code that made me VIP again!
So, tromping around the Rikti War Zone for the heck of it, I stumble across.. a Council base! Not an instanced one, you just barge in from the street and head down the stairs and into the caverns.
I am 100% all-for-instances guy when it comes to levelling and getting story arcs, but this was really great to stumble across, and I've never seen anything else like it in the game. Are there others around I'm just not aware of?
