If you want the Dual Pistols & Demon Summoning early, you have to buy the extra perks separately (there's only one pre-purchase). You can buy the perk pack from the NCSoft store that comes with the Complete version for $6.99, once GR is released.

Complete Collection: $39.99 - $11 for one month (at yearly rate) = 28.99
Prepurchase: $29.99
It's an even better deal if you want the extra goodies pack (that'd be an extra $6.99 you have to spend on top of the 29.99). It's not a huge difference, but if you're fine waiting a month, then it's the better deal.

If you have a Gamestop or Eletronics Boutique inyour area, you can also pre-order the game, which comes out in just under five weeks. This will net you the perks of the Complete Collection, as well as some preorder bonus enhancements that are only available if you order through GS/EB.

IMO, those "enhancements" are only good for new players. They don't really provide much to Vets. Plus, every character you make will get them. That's 5 of your 10 enhancement inventory used up at character creation. You can probably trash/delete them, but you can't sell them. I'll stick with supporting Badge-Hunter. (link in sig... >.>

So I've gone without Dual Pistols and Demon Summoning because I haven't found a way to buy a Going Rogue code and still get the neat little upgrades (Alpha and Omega costumes/auras and the invisibility power).
Can anyone direct me to information on this? I'd love to have Going Rogue ready to roll on my machine on release day, but I don't want to go without the cool little extras. Thanks!
