Stock up on Soulbound Allegiance Blue side? Yay/Nay?
I'm sure many, many people will be doing this, and I am just as sure that there are far more masterminds who'll be maxing out their Visa cards the moment the merger hits than there are marketeers to fill their orders.
Buy your supply cheaply enough and it can't help but work out well for you.

So you think you're a hero, huh.
@Boltcutter in game.
I sure hope it turns out to be a good idea, because I've stocked up on about 30 of the recipes and 15 of the crafted IO's.
Re: What Fulmens said.
I was trying to cheap out a middle 20s blaster after DP came out and stupid old Entropics were sky high.
Everyone and their little blue dog will be playing KM. There is some money to be made. That said, there might be more money to be made by just doing one of the longstanding niches out there.
Come September (as the first wave of new 50s ride in), items will be turning over quite quickly and at NAO prices (NAO + X% if we have a 2XP before GR).
I think that as long as you are (or have been) able to buy low, it's going to be pretty hard NOT to make ridiculous piles of INF this fall.

I dont even think you have to think that far ahead...
With GR comes the blase peeps that moved on to other games are coming back...when they come back theyre going to be spending tons and/or scads of inf "right NAO!". Patient bidding now will net huge profits in the future. But as always, those that are making money now will continue to make money then...

If you think about it, people who own masterminds can buy the S.A's and any other cheap IOs for their MM before the market merge. Since you can trade items between factions.
So I can't see there be a raise in the price for S.A's if people do it smart and buy ahead of time. And after awhile, the prices will go down. You do have 4factions on 1 market and hero side makes more money and other stuff than the villians.
My prediction of the market merge, prices of items will decrease by 1/4 or stay the same.

Thanks for the warning. I'll make sure I plan and prepare my MM builds long before GR.

total kick to the gut
This is like having Ra's Al Ghul show up at your birthday party.
The first 3 are ok and if one of the 3 you use is the Chance for Buildup and you use the Dam/Rech/Acc (26.5% each) and then I choose the other based on which pet type I have to work with. Since the tier one pets are pretty weak boosting their Acc is helpful or boosting the Dam on the mid pets or third tier pet is good leaving the other slots for pet procs or something.

MM's get a pretty decent benefit from +HP and +regen thanks to bodyguard mode.

It's going to take over a month for the pent up demand from redside to be satisfied. It won't be instantaneous like some think because there are a lot of players out there who are, tact tact tact, slow on the uptake, so to speak. They won't "get it" until they see it and by then, it'll be too late to act.
It might be best to look over the market redside and find those recipes that are scarce but highly desired and stock up on those. Last time I counted, there were over 30 of 'em (even confuses will tend to move).

I'm no market expert, but it seems like one could make some money by buying up some S.A.'s while they're cheap blue side, then when GR hits, sell them for higher.
I'm just not sure if it's a good idea though. I'm afraid everyone and their grandma is doing this, so come GR, the market will be flooded with Soulbound Allegiances and the prices will plummet.
Any thoughts marketeers?
