What's with this weird walk?

I'm a returning player this is just starting to bother me. Apparently, there's some wierd new walking animation with some enemy mobs where the character almost completly hunches over and struts wide like a chicken.

It looks really awkward and out of place on most groups. Anyone care to explain?

Oh, the duckwalk (glitch) is back? It comes and goes since '04.

It seemed to get ported to a lot of mobs who never used to have it a while back. Cant remember when, but it never got changed.

Personally I agree, and really dont like it. But, given it only lasts until I start killing things...I dont see overly much of it to really annoy me

I vote this animation file just gets removed entirely, it serves absolutely no purpose

You can't deny how ridiculous it looks when you have enemies who are supposed to be intimidating walking around like monkeys. It just makes beating their a**es that much more meaningful.

At running speeds that duckwalk animation is even funnier and usually a prelude to hilarity ensuing. Especially when done by Malta.

It's the result of a certain new mission. I don't want to spoil the story arc, but contact text: "Okay, so next, we put this ingredient into thier food supply! It should disrupt thier activities in thier base so that later Bravo Team can get in and steal the plans to the..."
