DA infuriates me, and MA is just kinda... eh.
The fact that Cloak of Fear and Oppressive Gloom are toggles that unhide you is just... insulting. They need to be reworked into clicks.

The rarest stalker combo probably is Martial Arts/Dark Armor now that I think about it.
The rarest primary and the rarest secondary, so it stands to reason that it would be the rarest combo.

As clicks I wouldn't take them because no enemy would survive long enough for them to be relevant. As a toggle, I can use them when I need to scrap for a while, or while escorting a kidnapee and I can't be stealthed, or when in a team and the -tohit benefits everyone.
But I also have so much I want to fit into stalker builds that having skippable powers doesn't bug me. =)

Lets just say there might be a huge shift in what some folks say are the least played sets in the not so distant future. Just let that marinate for a moment.

I just started a Dual Blades/Energy armor stalker. I will let you know who else plays it along the way. 
I play a DB/nin stalker, I prefer it over my katana at the mo, the AS seems fast and its nice to have a few more AoE/Cones seeing as I team alot
DB/SR is the first stalker I managed to get to 50. Quite a tight build but a lot of fun to play.
Got quite a scrapper feel to it.
I don't have a spines/ or an energy/ stalker so they're the least played to me.

Martial Arts and Dark Armor have great stun synergy, matched only by Energy Melee and Dark Armor. Not on Stalkers, but still.
That said, while it seems a good assumption, it's not. Consider this group:
A1 A2 A2 A2 B1 B1 B2
B is less common than A, and 1 is less common than 2, but B1 is more common than A1 or B2. You can extrapolate this to any amount of combinations.

Seriously, DA is the best melee set ever. Elec is nice too, but not quite DA.
Dark Armor is like that kid you knew in school that didn't know when to shut up, and no matter how bad he got beaten down, he got right back up again and kept on talking.
So have the Martial Arts buffs led to a swarm of new or returning MA stalkers?
I'm not sure, but I can now enjoy playing my /DA stalker. Manythanks for Castle's CoF/OG hide suppression fix.
Primary: Martial Arts for sure
Secondary: Energy Aura, just because there are better defense-sets. EA is decent but that big hole in psionic damage is annoying if you don't plan on investing a lot in the toon.
What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.
Which sets do you feel are the least played on stalkers?
For me, I rarely see MA stalkers. And I also rarely see DA stalkers.
