It can happen to missions (especially radio/newspaper missions) which were available to you while a new patch (especially new issues) is released. The bug has manifested as un-attackable civilians, level 54 storm elementals, and generically-named Longbow before as well.
The current version of the game contains some of the art assets for GR, which is why they're Resistance Clockwork, rather than anything noramlly found.

Yeah. This is a toon that I hadn't logged in with in about 4 months. He had an old newspaper mission.
It's filled with Resistance Clockwork.
I don't have the heart to finish it/complete it. So rarely has a bug given me something cool like this.

Personally, I've had bugged missions introduce the Storm Elementals, Ghosts (not the Cimerora version), and at least one other group. I also remember hearing of Vanguard appearing in a bugged mission once before (before they were added officially). I'd be curious to see if it might be possible to fanangle some new factions to appear in the Mission Architect early...

MY favorite bugged mission was filled entirely with non-combat NPCs. Was totally unwinnable as a result since it was a "defeat the enemy boss" style mission and the boss was an NPC.
By the way, do you get badge credit for killing those resistance clocks?

Master of Lady Grey was in the game for a while before anyone found out it was there. Any number of badges might be enabled with no way to get credit for them.

Your character does not have capped defense. Depending on your AT the cap is between 175% - 225%. Your defense is not teal in the combat window, it can go higher. STOP SAYING IT IS CAPPED! The correct term is Soft Cap.
I enjoy playing in Mids. I specialize in Melee Characters, other AT's usually bore me.
As long as it's not some super-secret thing that no one was suppose to have an inkling about, I assume they just look at it as a sneak-preview that might even generate more interest.
