Enabling the Going Rogue Prepurchasing option

hmm? Question: does this mean that other items will be exposed through the in-game user-interface in the future and we need to test to make sure the browser integration works properly?

This just looks to open up a can of problems for y'all. Won't affect me directly, but I suspect your customer service people will hate you for this.

So, if you rolled DP or DS characters in Test server, now you won't be able to play them if you haven't already bought GR? Am I understanding this right?

I just logged in a friends account on test who hasn't done the pre-purchase. Logging into a pre-existing Dual Pistols avatar, all dual-pistol powers not already claimed are "dulled" out. Dual Pistol powers gained from leveling, however, seem to activate properly on level claim, and on log-out and log-back-in.
sorry to ask this, but does that mean those of us that have prebought gr can make out heroes villians and villians heroes? sorry im abit confused

I think it is just a check to see if you are allowed to use the prepurchase bonuses yet.
- Currently anyone can use the Dual Pistols and Demon Summoning sets on the Training Room.
- After enabling the Going Rogue Prepurchase option only people who have prepurchased Going Rogue will be able to use Dual Pistols and Demon Summoning on the Training Room.

I can play and train the second build of a Demon Summoner. I can't create a new Demon Summoning or Dual Pistols character.
I think this sounds like they are testing connecting directly to the NC store from the character screen specifically for buying the pre-purchase so it can be thrown onto the Live servers within the week to try and get some last minute pre-purchases.

so this is only for testing characters in Issue 17?, becuse I have access to my DP and DS characters and they have their powers, and I can make them
BUT I can't get into the other training room and have no information about the GR testing
I had the pre purchase already, but again still no entry to closed beta, I was uder the impresson that 5year vets, loytaly program and pre purchace were in the closed beta arn't we?

As a result only players who have prepurchased Going Rogue will have access to their Dual Pistols and Demon Summoning characters during this testing phase.
