Statesmens Tier 9

I've fought Statesmen atleast a dozen times at the end of the RSF ,I was curious how his tier 9 works . Does it only activate when his Hp drops to a certain level ?

The reason im asking is i was on an RSF a while back and when he popped his tier 9 we had a hard time dropping him so his Hp was fluctuating alot and one teammate clocked his tier 9 popping again after only a 60sec cooldown .

That sounds a bit short. The ingame info on [Statesman.Unstoppable] says it has a duration of 3m20s and recharges every 5m.

[Statesman.Dull Pain] shows 6 minute recharge with a +hp bonus for 2m.

The actual values may vary.

his tier 9 works just like every bad guy who has a god mode power, once they get to like 25% hp, it goes off (the only exception being Valkyrie who rezzes then pops Moment of Glory)

and yeah, Statesman, Honoree and Ms. Liberty, their Unstop appears to have only a 60 second cool down.

Thats the Event Statesman, the LRSF Statesman's unstoppable is 200 duration, 245 recharge or 45 seconds downtime.

Dull pain is the same for both

Unfortunately, when you type [statesman.unstoppable] in game, it has no way to differentiate which you mean, so it goes to the first in alphabetical order(Event before V_Freedom_Phalanx).

One of the caveats of typing npc powers in game...I have found no way to specifically identify the enemy group if the npc exists in more than one.(And I have tried MANY times)

In game try adding the enemy group. It varies, sometimes you just need 1 extra part (Statesman.<power>), sometimes 2 extra parts (V_FreedomPhalanx.Statesman.<power>).

[Statesman.Dull Pain]
[V_FreedomPhalanx.Statesman.Dull Pain]
[V_FreedomPhalanx.Statesman_RV.Dull Pain]
[Mission_Pets.Statesman.Dull Pain]

There's another Statesman power set, but it doesn't have dull pain in it.

Ah, thanks for that. Adding enemy groups was the only thing I've never been able to figure out in the link system.

I feel at peace now.

I used to fiddle with my back feet music for a black onyx. My entire room absorbed every echo. The music was . . . thud like. The music was . . . thud like. I usually played such things as rough-neck and thug. Opaque melodies that would bug most people. Music from the other side of the fence.

The one in IP is a hired actor to keep the sheep... I mean common people... placated that their number one hero is "On the Job!"

But don't tell anyone.

I thought the one in IP was a cardboard cut out with a drive-thru style voice box. It sure looks like it is made of cardboard if you zoom in on the model. Just like how terribad the close ups of Viridian, Magus, Regent, and Spider look on the STF cutscene.

He works to encourage you to bring a powerful psi damage dealer. A couple fortunatas can make that encounter go much quicker.

Be careful when Statesman uses his Tier 9. His fourth PBAoE attack, "Zeus' Lightning Bolt", becomes unlocked, and he'll use it as soon as it's available... and it's on a pretty short timer, haha.

Fourth because he also has Footstomp, Handclap (which does damage), and Hammer of Might.
