Lookie what I found! (future costume bits?)
Black and red costumes on a black and red background are kind of hard to see. I dunno, if it's not Tech Sleek, it might be Praetorian Clockwork. That's such a bad screenshot, it's hard to tell.

Okay, I pulled the screenshot into Photoshop and lightened it up. I don't know what those costume pieces are, but they aren't Praetorian Clockwork.

Either the Alpha or Omega set AFAIK. Some characters on Test have them unlocked, some don't. I believe they're part of GR: The Complete Collection.
I know that this has come up before, albeit much earlier. There might have been another set found along with it.
My money is on the wishy-washy-unlocked Alpha or Omega idea. Though I don't know why the OP wouldn't just show what pieces they selected and, of course...take a picture that isn't black on black.

Unfortunately, since the only way I can access that look is through the costume load screen, I can't do anything about the background.

The game is attempting to load legacy parts that no longer exist. For example, if you try to load a pre-UM costume with Metallic legs or chest, it will give an error. Clicking the attempt to fix button will do that, because it doesn't know how to turn the legacy Metallic parts into the new UM Metallic parts.
Armor Plate is another set that will do this. I've had to go back and re-create costumes using either of those parts since UM launched, and it's not fun, because attempting to load the "fix'd" costume screws everything up. *sigh*

Biggest Troll on the forums? I'll give you a hint:

That has a rather enforcery motif to it. I approve, especially since the tights options are among the few aspects of enforcer I don't like, and this should work with the rest of the set.
A game is not supposed to be some kind of... place where people enjoy themselves!

Dec out.
See that "Plus" at the bottom you use to zoom in and out? See the little tags on each side with a moon and a sun respectively? Those lighten and darken the background.

Not sure if that was a one-time thing or a side effect of the new patch; haven't tested it exhaustively.

So. I get on Test to try out some costume concepts with the new bits.
Get sidetracked.
Try to load an old costume (the left one), designed around the times of Shields being in beta.
It gives me the old "no matching pieces" warning.
I click fix.
I don't recall seeing those pieces before....
For the record, clicking 'Next' made the costume load silently fail.
Interesting, I'd say.
