Actually, there are three different glow sources going on here. The costume itself (green stripes on the skin), Secondary Mutation (the blue glow around her feet) and the Omega aura (the part that leaves the trail behind as she's running). Both costume sets do have tintable glows, but they do not leave a trail of any kind.

I think that is the best news about announcing this booster pack. So far its a 5 out of 10 for me (I will still get it) but hearing this gives me hope CoH: GR will come out by Sept.

To be honest, I personally think that the Bio Organic Armor would fit perfectly a Magic Pack for demonic-themed character than a Mutant Pack (and it would be awesome if they could add a spiked tail resembling Gundam Epyon's heat rod. I also think that a good choice for a Mutant could be a "Swamp Thing"-like theme, or a variation for Robotic Arm 3, called "Mutated Arm", with various types of organic arms (such as insectoid, armored & spiked, ecc).

I like the mutant pack... it fits mutants just fine. After dealing with an infinite variations of mutant entities (courtesy of Marvel Comics), I don't see how anyone can pigeon-hole how a mutant armor should look.

Will try to get on test and see about some mix-matching.

I have to agree with this.

Mutant is very vague term. My main is of mutant origin but looks "normal" until spines come out of his body. Although I still would like to see more monster type parts, maybe a monster pack is in the works.

The power [Secondary Mutation] is a click that randomly activates an auto power from the list above. The mutation lasts for 20 minutes, not sure on the recharge. It is basically a self-applied [Mystic Fortune].

Interesting.

The NA copy tool has the option to choose whether you want to copy to the Mutant Pack test server or the GR test server. This would seem to imply that there is more than one test server available NA side.

As I recall, EU side had three test servers available. Are you saying one of those can't be tapped for a similar procedure?

I don't mind not being called for the GR Closed beta, as I'll be doing that content when it comes out. But I really would like to see the Mutant Pack before buying it.

And since the account I've just created NA side is still not letting me log onto the NA test server...

IIRC, Rabbit, the test server can take 24-48 hours to sync up its database, so you may need to wait a day or two until you can get access to the test server. Mind you, I'm not sure if a trial account gets you test server access or not.

I like the new costume parts. They're very interesting. Though I was expecting some new beastly head options, and some new tails.. especially the wolf tail, since that's a highly-requested item.

Maybe in a future release then?

You have the wrong numbers for End Discount and +Regen (when looking at the right-click info from the buff bars, the base value (100%) is added to the buff value, so you're showing 130% instead of 30%).

EndRdx bonus: 30% (-23.08% End cost)
+Regen: 30% (0.125%/s)
Mez Resistance: 50% (-33.33% Mez duration)

David mentioned the possibility of a Monstrous pack sometime after GR, but nothing concrete. So yes/maybe.

Having a problem with the Secondary Mutant power. It keeps activating itself every few seconds. This in tern is causing an activation delay in the regular powers when you activate those powers. They won't activate when pressed because the SMP is activating for the millionth time. It also is causing the character to slide toward a target because it is trying to root at the same time.
