Don't use the site posted above. The Paragonwiki site is out of date and has some malicious spyware. Paragonwiki was moved to the www.cohtitan.com site, but the old one was hijacked by some bad people. Use the link in the post above the one quoted in this message.
In fact, the CoH Titan site has the newest CoH/V build planner, Mid's Planner. Download it, and then install it as an administrator. You should also go to the www.vidiotmaps.com site to download the map overlay. It places the badges and plaques on your in-game map.

Swing by Steel Canyon, there is a university in the southwest corner. There is a short arc available that introduced Inventions (I forget the contact name, it's the dean of admissions, I think.) Ease through that to get an introduction to Invention enhancements.
While you are at the university, see the contact Montague CastelSomethingOrOther. Monty will offer you the midnighter arc, and it's a good one to accomplish.
If you had done any missions that exposed you to the concept of time travel, then you'll have a new power that opens a portal to the Citadel of Ouroboros, which is a floating fortress of time travellers. I always enjoy the Ouroboros introduction arc. If you don't have this power, ask someone to open an Ouro portal for you. Once in the citadel, fly to the top of the fortress' spire to get the exploration badge there which will grant you the Ouro portal power.
Ouro is a very convenient travel hub.
I forget when Croatoa was introduced to the game, but the Croatoa story arc is great, with some tricky missions.
In Talos, there is a new contact near the police station that will offer some extremely new content.
You have outleveled the Faultline content, if you have any characters around level 15, you will find Faultline a lot more fun than it used to be.

Hello fellow heroes,
After a very long time away from the game(think it was issue 6 last time i played), i recently found my old CoH disc's while cleaning out my games collection and the rose colored glasses came upon me, remembering old times, battling nefarious villains and the like and have decided give my hero another spin around the block as it were.
Like i said earlier, it was about issue 6 when i last played and i was wondering if any of you guys would kindly give me an update on things i have missed, should go check out, what has changed/gone/been improved etc etc.
