This arc shows what we can expect from all arcs in Going Rogue. It has the choices you can make etc. I Loved it!!!

Now...
- No Liz didn't High five the hired thug. He maybe a handy guy to have around but she will be damned (even further) then to associate with someone that calls her 'babe' without respect
- No she didn't save her clone either. If she would want there can be more to make. But she feels she should be unique. Liz is vain and aristocratic. When she next encounters a prefect clone of herself it will prob go into suspended storage to make sure she and her legacy will live on after she got destroyed.
- Yes Liz robbed the bank. She was there anyway. And she will always do the villain desicion unless there is a manipulative way out. In which the intent will also be evil.

- The Italian Job: The Godfather Returns #1151
Beginner - Encounter a renewed age for the Mook and the Family when Emile Marcone escapes from the Zig!
- Along Came a... Bug!? #528482
Average - A new race of aliens arrives on Earth. And Vanguard has you investigate them!
- The Court of the Blood Countess: The Rise of the Blood Countess #3805
Advanced - Go back in time and witness the birth of a vampire. Follow her to key moments in her life in order to stop her! A story of intrigue, drama and horror! Blood & Violence... not recommend to solo!

Considering Lizbeth and Dr Mechano are rivals, was quite interesting to see that Edward did make the opposite to Liz's choices.

-Edward high five'd Dean because he liked him, he was enthusastic and could sympathise with Dean's story about murdering the guy that killed his father, Edward thinks thats how justice should work, an eye for an eye.
-He did save his clone because he felt it would honor the memory of the scientists Protean killed, he couldn't stand to see someones scientific legacy just be left to die. He's also rather fond of himself and a clone would mean he could double his scientific workload.
-He let the clone live, he enjoys the idea that out there, somewhere, is another clone working on something, whether it be for good or ill he doesn't mind...all that matters is SCIENCE!

Dr Mechano is affably evil, he can be a very pleasant fellow to get on with as long as you haven't peeved him off somewhere in the past. Even then he still chats to his nemesis (a hero named Britannic) in a friendly manner. After all manners cost you nothing and a man should try to be a gentleman where he gets the chance.

Relative to other Contacts, Dean isn't that sleazy. He's a suck up with virtually no ulterior motives. He is very intelligent and answers your questions purely so that he can brag to his buddies that you both met and did not kill him.

He's annoying as all gosh, but I love the lil guy.

Remember, she knows that he will hit on women. Thus he is scum.

I ran this arc on Simon Saize my Broadsword/Ninjitsu Stalker, because he was the closest character I had in range to get experience from it. What a wild and fun ride it was.

Since escaping from the Lost, Simon doesn't really have much empathy. A thing like high fiving is a totally alien expression to him. I told Dean there was no way I was ever going to do that.

I might have saved my clone, but Protean really beat the everloving tar out of me, and I was legitimately concerned that I might die from the environmental fire damage. I saw my clone there begging for help, but I did the truly villainous thing and saved my own hide without even missing a step.

I'll have to run it again to explore the other options.

Save the clone and then rob the bank. What happens next will devastate you.

I'm actually thinking of taking my character from Villain to Rogue specifically due to that result.

I have an AR/Kin in range. Howitzer. He's the type he would both want to save his clone and rob a bank.

Simon didn't see the point. He already got all of Protean's money nice and legally. Why bother at that point with robbing the place, which would probably force me to butcher all present, when they had more or less been cooperative with my demands?

Just going off the persona you present to us.

Incidentally, I keep missing the clone that we get to save. What room is it in?

I was Ninja Running for my life at the time, but I believe I saw him on the ground in the hallway on the first floor of the lab.

Yeah, that's my other problem, it's usually down to the wire if I actually go back through the facility.

Towards the very end. Watch for the chat bubble. That's how I find them.

Surprisingly so. When I first met Dean, I was rolling my eyes so hard they left skid marks on my skull. But by the end of his arc, the man actually delivered in spades. And not only that, when the arc is over, I STILL go back to him for information.

Hell, yeah, I high-fived him!

See, this is kind of what makes content great for me. Sure, the cynics among us will point out and say the arc was nothing special and the fudges it used very predictable, but so what? I'm not some hard-nose critic who has to analyse every snippet of my entertainment. The writing made me care about the dude, his antics made me laugh a few times, and by the end of the arc, I sympathised with him. It's the overall feeling that mattered, and that arc left me with a good feeling overall.

Besides, my character is a goofy, cheery demonic kid. It's in his nature to laugh out loud and high-five.

Oh yeah. Dean has a charm all his own. At first I thought I was going to have to hurt him, but when I found his file, just the way he dealt with it, I really came around on him.

...huh. Going over my Villains in my head, most of them won't be high-fiving Dean. Many of my Heroes would if they could, but very few of my Villains. I never realized how formal Villainy was in my character creation.

Man... I saw the bubble, but didn't see the actual clone. No time to look properly...

I still had about 30 seconds left when I found him, so I figured, what the hell.

On a somewhat humorous note, I did get lost halfway through, but my step father who was playing the mission with me had his Will o' Wisp vet reward pet out which I saw float by me as it was trying to catch up to him. Naturally I followed it and found my way out.

So yeah, screw you mythology.

Would have been hillarious if it lead you into a bonfire and stopped moving.

The character I had running this is, basically a decent person. A criminal, yes, but decent. I picked up the clone on the way out the door and told it to go have a good life.

It would be nice if that clone shows back up at a future date to get me out of a tight spot. I doubt it will. Ungrateful wretch...
