That pretty much is on par.
Thought at some point Champ went from being the community server to being the drama server. But all in all its on the mark.
On Virtue due to regular RP , was on Liberty to start but like the RP aspect of Virtue since all of my toons have a back story or are connected in someway .

Usually, I'm too drunk to care. But then again, I do play on Pinnacle, so I guess that's pretty standard.

Ok ok I'll 'think out side the box' here on this thread.
Lets see I have 20+ toons on virtue so that would be my main server. Let see I started play on it back after beta becuase the RPers on the boards claimed it as the home of RP. Hmmm been playing on and off since then and whlie I've poked at other servers I always come back to Virtue becuase of its huge player base and most of that player base is RPers. Where else can a Level 4 get invited into a level 50 mission team just becuase of some random RP in Pocket D? Yeah I would say what I think about when I think about my server is Roleplayers lots and lots of rolepalyers.
Oh right that what paragon wiki says about it... damn not out side of box.
ok ok... i got it Costume contests yeah Totally no other server can you bump into so many CCs usually a few everyday and almost always with prizes in the millions of Inf (2,5,10 being the most common 3rd,2nd,1st prize)

Historically, Pinnacle was often perceived to be the last server to come back up after updates, which lead its players to jokingly refer to it as "the drunk server". However, this no longer seems to be an issue. |
Pinnacle. It's got Bill Z Bubba. And booze.
Be well, people of CoH.

Well, that's more because the server figured out that it could remain more functional if it just kept drinking, versus stopping when it went for maintenance.

My four servers:
- Liberty - I started here and got my first and only 50 here. Friendly people though due to it's low population gets a greater % of trial accounts mucking up the mix. More great players, more Leeroy Jenkins.
- Freedom - Home. Specifically, the WW in Talos is my home. Lots of players of different types and you can find mid-level players easier. Keep that ignore and your notes feature handy, you'll need them, especially if you don't get out of Atlas Park quick enough. Five starring is also good for great players. Best server to make a great team on, not just get on a team.
- Virtue - Like Freedom but I'm embarassed by the RP sometimes. I tend to stand next to War Witch in P-D when I level. It's just habit, but at night the freaks come out. Holy crap, you gotta see it to believe it. Virtue cannot insult Freedom for it's Atlas Park broadcast spammers, or shouldn't with the crazy RP that goes on.
- Champion - Weirdos. I've never gotten a good feel for the server. Everyone acts like a a bird or strange bug or something. Quick thinking, silent, alien. The tanks rule though. The others are strange twitchy reptiles.
Triumph-pantless server
Pinnacle - MY server.
Seriously, it's the only one I play on. I have characters scattered here and there throughout the others, but I frequently forget they exist.
Just found a character on Champion that had been logged out for over 1,200 days. I didn't even realize I had been playing that long, let alone had a character from that long ago.

Champion, the only server I play on, is either the Community Server or the Drama Server, depending on who you ask, though both titles are well-deserved.
@Demobot
Also on Steam
I play on Freedom because that's where all of my toons are.
Freedom's main thing is that it's the server with the greatest population of my toons.
I chose it because (at the time) it was the big pond for a small fish
As I'm only playing on Guardian and have just been reading the Rude Tells thread I'd say Guardian is the Rude Tells free server. Almost.

The Kickers base.

Guardian is the Fat People server. No offense but what other server can't do a redside Hami raid and has a thread about weightloss stickied?????(of course there is drama)
http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=134350
Justice does the most hami raids on a weekly basis and has really creative people(of course there is drama)
http://boards.cityofheroes.com/showthread.php?t=206772
^^ thats a really fun arch btw.In addition a few hall of fame authors reside on Justice.
Virtue has catgirls( just like every other server) and some weird pvp that involves rp'ing and killing people in arena with WORDS and not powers. Virtue also has some kickass hami raids often with a twist.
Freedom has the most people that pvp and subsequently many new players because it's usually where they end up simply by being at the top of the list.
I think the other servers were covered except for Triumph.
That wiki article was written in what might be considered the dark ages of this game and has not been updated in how long??? I love how all you forum pvp'er , "knowitallNan's" love to use outdated material to derail an Op simply because your searchfoo is strong, you have nothing to say based on practical experience playing, but OMFG gotta pump that postcount!!. GG forum geeks!!
Let's see... "solo-friendly server", "got-a-puma-as-a-mascot server", sure...
But also...
We used to have "New Player Welcoming Night, then we started that whole Mentor Project thing, so we're a "newbie-friendly" server.
We have our own "unofficial" internet radio station in http://kjsr.net.
We have our cliques like any other servers, but we tend to "close ranks" pretty quickly when one of us gets slandered / gets hurt / is leaving, etc.
I've been to local pubs that had the same atmosphere: it is small, not too well-lit, it has its regulars, but anyone coming in from the street will be greeted with raised glasses, a nod or a smile

Pay no attention to DitzyBlonde. We didn't take kindly to her trolling on Guardian, so she left in a temper tantrum, and as you can see, she takes every opportunity to slam the server and its players.
Guardian is the Cookies & Bacon Server.

Biggest Troll on the forums? I'll give you a hint:
Howdy all!
I was just wondering what you guys think is the "definition" of your server? I mean, what is considered to be the most remarkable thing in your particular server?
As an example everyone knows Virtue is the RP majority server... What would make someone choose YOUR server when they first come to the game?
I myself joined Justice because a friend played there, but he has since left the game but I still stick to my fellow Justicers because of the great community it has, with people actually helping each other when we´re in need and such and being some of the most fun people around.
So, what makes your server different from the others?
