I won't say other peoples computers suck, but on Monday and Tuesday I noticed several players were rubberbanding while I had no problems whatsoever. Now I did turn down my graphics before the event started as a precaution.
I wish I got the chance to see the lag first hand :|

I am sure that many times it is on the end user side but last night on Freedom was as bad as I have experienced. I gave up after two hours because I couldn't do anything. I was really hoping for those AV badges, getting them on a Warshade in a PVP zone is brutal, though it may have been easier than last night.
Badging in a PvP zone?

But I do tend to run with graphics cranked to the max so I blame that but I figure I so rarely approach those locations and spend so much more time out in the game I'd rather get extreme graphics with that minor slowdown inconvienence in those locations.

It wasn't any better on justice, although when we moved to Talos it did get less laggy
