I dont want somthing that is to weak or end hungry that its lame to try with out all the purples in the world then i dont one thats the best possible bulid i want somthing fun that does its job and gets it done right thanks

I've played with many Scrapper builds, but one that comes to mind as my favorite and still does today is Spines/Regen. Spines can shred through a mob like a hot knife to warm butter. And the Regen helps keep the endurance and heals up to make the fun last. That's just my honest opion, but of couse your milage may vary.

Kat/Regen or Kat/WP. If you don't have a preference, they both play pretty well right out of the box with little investment. Of the two, Kat/WP is probably the easier one to play, but Kat/Regen has no end worries by level 4 when it can get Quick Recovery. Katana is a solid primary with good damage, excellent mitigation and some nice style.

DA is excellent...but takes time to mature. It's early levels can be rough, especially on endurance depending on what powers you take. I recommend Kat/WP. It's solid out of the box, does excellent DPS, has excellent survivability early, an end management power, and can be built to handle AVs and Pylons if that is your cup of tea. It's a fire and forget set, so you turn on toggles and let them help you survive and concentrate on the killing. I think this would suit what you are seeking the best, not that it is the only fun combination.

Kat/Regen is also excellent, but it is extremely clicky, especially when compared to /WP being fire and forget with toggles.

If you want more damage a little more edgy you can go fire/reg I got one to 35 it is fun, fast and furious it is all about damage and does not get the help of DA

so if you are looking for something different

katan/reg is a good set as well

I used to love my claws/regen/body, but I keep getting hung op what she's not (namely pre-i5 regen.) My new DB/regen I'm enjoying, I think because I'm looking at it like a new set.

I also have:

Kat/SR/Weap at 50, very fun solo. Not as much so on big teams.
Fire/Fire/Fire at 50, very fun on teams. Anywhere crowded, or in enclosed spaces, burn really shines.
Spines/Dark at 38. Really just came into her own, with good mitigation and AoE damage.

One of my brutes (DM/ElA) is not available in scrapper flavor, so that would probably be fun as well. The other (SS/WP) would make a good port, but since you can't, a MA/WP might be nice.

I love DA. DM/DA is the definition of a scraptroller so it was my first 50 scrapper (and only so far) because I usually play trollers and domis.

Now, DA is very end hungry and you said you don't want that. I love secondaries that require some clicking, so /WP and /SR I didn't like so much, took them to 30ish. I'm loving my new DB/Elec scrapper, which is a bit clicky, I already liked Elec Armor on a Brute before they got the heal/endredux/regen power (Energize). So after Energize and especially Power Sink, your end problems will not be significant. But some people (maybe a lot) consider Elec Armor a bit squishy.

BTW DB is awesome. Lots of AoE and great single target damage. Katana will be very survivable even in your teens no matter the secondary because of Divine Avalanche.

My first toon was a Kat/DA and I absolutely love her. She melts through the mobs now and is an absolute joy to play. It is an endurance heavy set but that can be offset by knowing when to have certain clickys going and to carry a few blues with you.

I just started a Kat/Elec and that has been fun to play too.

I think /Willpower is a pretty fun set, just because you get quick recovery at 20. I suppose /Regen gets it even faster.

As for a primary, to me the most fun are Fire Melee, Claws, Dark Melee, and Dual Blades.

It depends on what you mean by fun. Dual Blades and Martial Arts are fun to me due to the attack animations. Broadsword is fun due to the "crunch! smash!" factor. Dark Melee is fun due to the variety and versatility of the attacks. I enjoy fire melee and electric melee too, and my main is katana... hard to go wrong, really.

IMHO there's something fun about every Scrapper powerset. Even the sometimes-maligned Martial Arts not only has the beautiful animations, but also can out-pound several of the sets for single-target killing -- whether I'm the player or not, I frequently see well-designed MA Scrappers using several hard-hitting attacks (Crane-Crippling Axe-Storm-Eagle's Claw) to steal LT and boss kills from other Srcappers.

Therefore I advise you to fool around with concepts. Somewhere there's a concept, look, or idea that will resonate with you, and that Scrapper will be more fun per minute of time payed than an equally-efficient Scrapper that doesn't have the same special something. Watch other higher-level Scrappers in teams; try things you're interested in, and see how they feel.

Kat/Regen is a solid scrapper, and pretty good for someone new to the AT (not that scrapping is exactly HARD, mind you...). I'm running a Fire/Fire Scrapper right now that I originally made for concept. It surprised me how fun it was, however. I can't wait to get the Fire epic for the Ring of Fire and Burn combo.

Like the song! "I fell into a burning Ring of Fire, and it Burns, Burns, Burns, Burns, Burns."

Too many alts to list.

You need to go with what's fun for you, but I must mention gobbling blue skittles is only required on non-IO Dark Armor builds. IO set offer lots of different endurance management options so endurance really isn't an issue.

While I certainly have preferences, but I don't any scrapper combo I've played lacked in fun.

I never said it was "to clicky?". When compared to other secondaries, it is extremely clicky. If you like that aspect, then that's all that matters. Hope you have fun with your new toon.

This.

My Broadsword/Dark Armor was and endurance guzzling hog before IOs. Now he's softcapped and has almost no endurance problems at all. And I did it (relatively) cheap.

Katana/Regen is a solid combo though. Pretty much any scrapper is at least solid, even if they're not ZOMGAWESOME!!!!!1 out of the box.

Strangely enough, it felt like my Fire/Shield has had more endurance trouble than my Katana/Dark while leveling. I've gone to more radical extremes to deal with it on my Fire/Shield, like frankenslotting my attacks with an average of probably 90% endurance reduction in them.

Katana/Regen is a classic combination. Regeneration can be a school of hard knocks, but it's lots of fun. Enjoy!

From a kat standpoint, I like /wp over /regen only because of redraw.
I really like my kat/elec, probably wont perform as well high-end, but all kinds of neat tricks: layered protection, damage aura, 2 end tools, improved recharge. Oh, ntm a cool enfuriated glow from the toggles.

My most fun scrapper that i play is my Elec/Fire armour scrapper.

Lots of damage, good animations, easy to get a full attack chain and with the pros + cons of FA, it'll keep you interested nonstop since its a set that is both a rock and paper at the same time.
