I just got myself this 400 rep badge myself. Transferred my badger to Victory and spent 3 weeks pvping. Was pretty fun, and I got a couple good pvp IOs while I was at it :-)

Years ago when there was more than a handfull of people who pvp'd over here in the EU, i was able to get that badge on my emp by constantly teaming in sirens call.
I refuse to delete that character because the odds of me actually earning that badge again properly are slim to none
