It's ok to limit lineups to an extent. I don't think anybody wants to ever fight an 8 stalker team. Regardless of whether it can be beat or not. It's simply zero fun.

I highly doubt anybody would complain if there was, say, a 2 stalker per team limit. It still gives some people a chance to spam sharks, but it guarantees that it won't be a ridiculous amount of spam.

If they'd stealth buff the activation time the damage would go down - do you guys think people would still be complaining?
