Anyway, the farming is simple enough if you do it correctly and don't get ganked. Of course, the likelihood of NOT getting ganked is pretty low.
I'm intrigued that for the most part they don't get bothered.

Anyway, yeah I know the risk of 'griefers'* for these kinds of farms. I've conducted a couple so far without any kind of interference, but that's not any sort of challenge. lol
Besides I'm also willing to pay some people to come along to just come to die instead of taking a turn killing to get more rep points per round. So, if there is a griefer, hopefully he/she can be bought off for temporary compliance. lol
*'griefers' is in quotes here because I'm well aware that it IS a PvP zone and it is all fair game. I'm merely asking for a little human-to-human cooperation. lol

Last I knew, arena kills did not give rep. Base Raids used too, but they have gone the way of the dodo.
I think for the most part the pvpers who are still on Victory don't grief rep farms. There are some idiots out there who WILL log onto their stalker and giggle like a school girl as they try to steal kills from those who are rep farming, but honestly, I do not consider them to be part of the pvp community.
Infact, I would be willing to bet that some of the pvpers on victory who have 400 rep would be more then willing to load in and let you guys have a round or two of killing us to give you a quick 6 points of rep.
It maybe just my experiece, but 99% of my interactions with true pvpers have been tremendously positive be it asking for build advice or seeking information on powers. I just think that its that 1% of pvpers who are very vocal and enjoy acting like a fool that give pvp and pvpers a bad name.

To my understanding, Arena kills do not officially give reputation. However, they still check rep timers for the means of PvP drops. I wonder about the presceduled Arena matches set by the system though it's annoyingly hard to actually get enough people for those.
I'm not a PvPer nor a badger but I've find myself increasing bored while looking out for TFs forming. I wouldn't mind shaking things up a little and trying something different. I will be on by 6PM EST, I'll look out in global chat for a reminder.

Right the arena unfortunately does not reward reputation. It's just a set of badges that's super annoying to get. lol
I advertise in 3 channels when I'm setting up: Victory Badges, Victory Badges 2009, and Victory Forum.
If at all possible, it is best to bring a hero for convenience, but if you have/want to bring a villain it is fine. I just have to change up the routine so that it is fair for both the red and blue people to travel to the location.
The ideal amount of people to be killing for rep is about 5-6 with my system, but as far as people coming to be paid to be killed that can probably be about another 5-6 people max if we even GET this many. lol
if I'm not doing anything important at the time, I'll stop by to be a few bodies to be hit on. I don't need the badges but I'd gladly help someone who does.
