Which TFs in the game can be soloed?
All TFs can be soloed except for maybe the STF, RSF and a few TFs that have you click simultaneous glowies.
Yes, they do require you to be very well equipped (either IO'd to the gills or loaded on temps/shivans/nukes) since they usually include one or more AVs that you'll have to solo.
Those I can attest can be done solo with a budget IO build:
Positron
Synapse
Sister Psyche
Citadel
Imperious
All three blue-side respec trials
I'm pretty sure your WP/DB could do all of those except Imperious. You should be able to handle Manticore and Numina too. And Hess.
Keep in mind that you'll need temp powers such as Shivans and Nukes or you'll never finish any of those except Posi and the respecs.

In the interest of completeness, too, I just wanted to point out to anyone who doesn't know, that (aside from the Ouroboros "TFs" [which aren't truly TFs]) technically there AREN'T any TFs that can be soloed -- as soon as only one character is in a TF, it auto-disbands. So "soloing" a TF is actually doing it alone, spawned for at least two (one logged out).
Just wanted to point that technicality out.

Someone successfully soloed RSF in 7+ hours.

I'm not saying it's not a great accomplishment, but since you can't "-1" a TF anymore, you can't really use those as evidence of it still being possible.

The only real challenge in the lowbies seemed to be the EB/AV at the end. I can easily kill any Elite Boss and a handful of the low-regen AVs with my Tanker using only character powers now, but I expect losing half my powers would be an obstacle. Being able to tank the GM Kronos Titan and never go below 90% is one thing, doing that malefactored to 20 is another.
I'm low on the DPS, but I suppose a Shivan will provide that. Hell, there's not really much in the game you can't compensate for with a Shivan and BioChem nukes. I'll see what I can do without temps, because build-only is much more fun.
I'd probably do better on my Brute. SS/SD is a raging force of apocalyptic fury almost beatiful in its horror.
Actually, one thing I noticed a while back when tryign this Redside was that it's not always the AV that's the ******* bit. My DB/WP Brute munched all three of the Heroes in the villain-only Ouroboros Strike Force, but it took me four goes to kill that ******* +6 Mu Guardian Elite Boss.

So you think you're a hero, huh.
@Boltcutter in game.
What about Sewer Trial? It has no regen, but I'm sure it'd be a heck of a pain trying to get enough damage on it before running out of time. non-soloable? lol
The Sewer Trial is probably unsoloable specifically because it's on a limited timer - a situation that's pretty unique among TFs and Trials. Most solo runs of major TFs take a very long time compared to a team run. (Things like Positron are frequent exceptions to that because the low-level characters don't always scale up in response to large spawn sizes as well as they need in order to maintain speed.)

I think you should probably add the qualifier "in a reasonable amount of time."
If you're willing to plink away at it I suspect that most any AV can be soloed. I've never been willing to spend upwards of 30 min on a single fight.
AVs have pretty high Regeneration. You can't really "plink" them and make any real progress, even after half an hour. You'd have to really be engaging them in battle to take them down.

If you want to use another word for doing a little more dps than their regen for an extended period of time feel free. IMVHO, plink seems appropriate term for such a strategy. YMMV

The trick is starting the first mission. Once you are in the first mission, the other members can quit/be kicked and the TF is still able to be completed.
Where to now?

Without insps/temps, most quality scrapper builds can solo AVs that don't resist their damage type; squishies with debuffs ought to do better than that, even more if using inspirations. The real problem is soloing them on a low-level TF where you lose access to key powers and set bonuses.
I am aware of this. Some vids of AV take downs involve epic length fights.

"Plink: To shoot at casually."
I suppose that would work on the Hyrda head (using the temp power) because it has no regen, if only the mission wasn't timed. lol
Title, really. I know there's a few Redside I can do, and some I haven't tried yet, but I'm interested in seeing who's been able to do these. I've got two toons I finally got to fifty, a WP/DB Tanker and a SS/SD Brute, and I want to see what they can do without wasting hours to get to an unkillaboss.
Actually, a clarification. Who's been able to solo Task Forces without an outrageous build? Sure, a few invention sets on a fifty is fine, but your purpled-out killbot is probably a bit much. You can probably do anything in the game once you've dropped three billion inf into a character's build.
