Power customisation: head to icon and swap out for new colors. Bonus feature Martial Arts and Super Strength have different attack animations also choosable at icon.
the 5th are back, and boy are they made at the upstart council. Steel, Boom, IP all over the place the council are attacked by the 5th.

Go to Icon, and you can color your primary and secondary power sets - more power pools to follow - eventually 
And the 5th Column are now back, and they're wailing on the Council in every zone where the Council spawn

Also new is the enhanced difficulty setting, and super sidekicking; no more getting out of range of your mentor or needing more than one high level guy for a group. Also, most of the level limits on zones are gone ( among other things, this means a lowbie can enter the Shadow Shard and buy a Raptor Pack ), and when exempted down you keep the next 5 levels worth of powers ( so you can do Positron with Stamina, say ).
There was also another round of power proliferation ( I was just playing my Archery/Storm corruptor, in fact ). And yes, Walk was added; sexy on the ladies. Another Booster Pack was released. And pets zone with their owners now, although it's still a little buggy. And quite a bit was released about Going Rogue at Hero Con.

if you have a character with thorns or spines, check out the new options. they are customizable, and i rather like the crystalline ones.
finally, you will also note, if you play redside, that dominators got a new assault set, earth assault. its pretty effective and has 2 "skins" for the powers, lava and crystal, also, elemental weapons are finally slightly customizable. so far its just jugglings of the greater and lesser elemental swords, but its a start.

Lessee, I was gone for five months or so, so let me share with you things I've stumbled upon.
- Power customization. Certain things get colors, certain things don't. Super Strength and Martial Arts now have alternate animation options for some powers, too. Woot!
- I'M NOT MAPSERVING! :O
- Completely redone difficulty settings that're now free. Set your enemy levels compared to you, if you fight bosses, if you fight AVs or EBs, if you're a one man team for spawns.
- Ninja running. Mmmmmm. So so tasty. (requires Martial Arts pack)
- ZOMG GOING ROGUE INFO!
- Change your character body type and height. (requires Super Science pack)
- I'M NOT MAPSERVING!! EVEN WHEN USING WENTWORTH'S AFTER HOURS OF PLAYTIME! :O :O :O
- No 3-4 Paladins in their little cubby hole in KR.
- Did I mention the lack of lag and mapserving, compared to before?
