If someone is well known, why do you have to tell us Felecia? Do you think we don't know the right people like you? And on a side note, who the hell are these "vets" you keep mentioning? How does one get this title of "vet" you continuously toss out? Are you stating that your circle is better than me and my circle? Or are you pumping your self up since you know the "well known" and "vets"?

So school me, how do you set longer than 30 min times? I am not a Master at the arena terminal but I did read a post from Posi not long ago stating that they maxed out all of the arena match times to 30 minutes to curve some of the afk farming. Not that you can't go afk in 30 mins but kind of not long enough to be true afk farming.

True enough, but that was just one event planned from a whole day's worth of activities, all of which could have gone on without her being there, if things were set up like they could have been. It just seems odd that if there's other leaders in the group, no one was leading.

Perhaps they are not those kind of leaders? Maybe that SG has specific duties assigned to different officers like a lot of SG's do. Perhaps this was her specific event to run and they were not privvy to all the details? Perhaps she had all of the prize money on her toons? Yes they probably could have handled announcing there was a problem better and earlier, but oooh well.

The bad thing here is that it was run in an SG name to begin with. Had it not been this conversation would not be happening right now. That doesn't change the fact that RL happens and GTFova it.

Wrong is wrong. She has been wrong about a bunch of **** lately but having a RL interferance keeping her from running an event is not one of them.

I have missed my own events before, a couple of them in fact. No one else ran them for me and no one gave me a hard time like this thread is. The only reason you guys are making such a big stink about it is because you don't care for her or her ways. I don't care for her either but that doesn't mean I can't have common sense to realize this is a freaking video game and even if she just wanted to go get a manicure in RL that is still more important than any event could be here.

You were wrong in your "totally eliminated the ability" portion; not the "30 minute match limit" portion.

The game sets you AFK (granted, only in zone) after five minutes, no?

Considering you can, well, leave for twenty-nine of thirty minutes, I think it'd fall under AFK farming.

I might need clarification on what "true" AFK farming is. Is it like "true" PvP that has to be without inspirations or something?
