it was a bug in the last patch, I read it somewhere but can't remember where lol
I beleive this is happening to fire blast animation as well....i know i know...your suppose to be suppressed...but its like its lasting longer then it should. I cant quite figured it out lol.
The color of your heal might have something to do with it.....and im not joking. lol

Yay for stealth changes. Gotta love them. Been happening constantly the whole time the game's been out, and been denied the whole time by the devs.

Nullify Pain on Masterminds is as well in PvE. Seems random to me too.
I could swear Shadow Fall rooted me on my MM as well (I don't remember it ever rooting before), which leads me to believe this isn't just a bug with AoE heals. Can anyone with a Storm, Cold, Dark, or anything else with a PBAoE +res toggle check and see if it's doing the same?

So far my Fire/Rad Emp/Sonic Fire/Pain Rad/Psi have all been rooting me on the AoE heal in PvE. Seems completely random when it happens some of them have custom colors, others haven't been touched for i16.
