spine/regin help
Here's what I'm using on live right now. Could probably use a bit more +acc but it works alright for me.

thanks mac
about the attack chain though....would I actually use kick? srs question
Consider blaze mastery. Fire blast and procc'd char are nasty.

I went Weapon Mastery mostly for Web Grenade (niiiiiiiice against toons without Super Speed and nice for pissing everyone else off as well) and Targeting Drone (extra perception, tohit, and acc is always nice). I've seen a few Tankers and Scrappers switch to Pyre and Blaze in Freedom RV but they're the ones I worry about least - Stone Mastery is superior for Tankers and Body and Weapon Mastery have more utility for Scrappers.

I can't agree more. Web Nade Web Nade Web Naaaaade!
taking fire mastery with blaze is one of the most stupid choices a scrapper can make in this game.
focused acc > anything in fire mastery.
webnades are icing on the cake.
on the plus side, fire mastery scrappers make my stormie less bad in zone.

I guess I was more surprised that the fire type attack came from a non-blaster. Usually, I will try to locate the blaster for placate while keeping my hand over the recon button. I was going down fast, maybe they were critting, I don't know.

Gnome and Barrier posting in the same thread on their real accounts. Its the end of days. Nothing can protect us.
Duel me.
I will work on my sig pic more when I have time.
The Virtuous Vanguard is ready to shield you with the impenetrable armor of justice!
I recently got attacked by a fire/fire scrapper I think...and he had fire mastery. With firey embrace and BU, blast and char actually hit for quite a lot, and blast recharges really fast, so a scrapper can essentially spam it just like a blaster.
But yes, weapons is still better.

second, i'd like to say i hate how easy melees have it not having to build for knockback protection. i seriously had to check the threads date before i remembered that last patch that changed that.
I'll often open with Web Grenade or Shuriken because my opponent generally won't be in range of my stronger attacks at first. The hold proc will just trigger 25% of the time, and I generally don't worry about mezzing my target. When I'm fighting against someone with toggle debuffs like a Rad or Dark, then I'll be a bit more careful about when I mez (and if it's arena I'll usually carry Stun Grenades).

Speaking of stronger attacks....do I have any strong attacks? Im almost fully IOd (minues uniques) and the damage is.....lacking

I have a spine/regin on Freedom, and its the only 20+ I have on that server. I want to pvp, but I dont want to grind/pay to xfer my fire/em. So, Im looking for some help on a decent PvP build.
