is it viable to level a Stalker to 30 (is 30 the max level of sc?) and fully IO the char without leveling to 50? Im not sure if I explained that quite right, but I remember when IOs came out you could "twink" a char for sirens call

also, maybe more important, what server is sc most active on?

You see, its 'cause here in Murka, everythings bigger and louder. So naturally, when anybody sings loud, they lose the inflection of their accent, sounding naturally Murkan. Also, because we're #1, USA, etc.

Speaking of stronger attacks....do I have any strong attacks? Im almost fully IOd (minues uniques) and the damage is.....lacking

I have a spine/regin on Freedom, and its the only 20+ I have on that server. I want to pvp, but I dont want to grind/pay to xfer my fire/em. So, Im looking for some help on a decent PvP build.

I haven't even gotten to the comic yet, because this screenie stopped me cold. That is freaking awesome. It's easily one of the all-time top 5 screenshots I've ever seen, from any game. It so perfectly captures the spirit of what City of Heroes is about.

I was playing around with a screenshot I took earlier while in Recluse's Victory, playing around with filters and all that fun stuff, and I created this fun little number.

I was looking to make something patriotic looking, and to that end, had friends of mine capturing pillboxes to get the good ol' Stars &amp; Stripes flying atop City Hall (because I was in perfect position, and didn't want to have to reset the shot ). After looking at the picture, I decided I wanted it to look a little aged, and so filters were applied, a little aging, some diffused glow, that kind of thing.
