So I took an unplanned hiatus from the game for a couple months, around the time I16 hit open beta. Between a new job, friends, school and general life, and other video games, (no other MMOs though, not that it makes a difference.) I just didn't get much time to come back into the world.
I came back for a bit for Dub XP weekend, and I'm glad I did. Got a couple characters to 50 who were long over due and had some fun, the GF even got in on it with me. I also apparently need to catch up on the boards since I've not been following those either.
I must say I'm looking forward to the con, enjoying issue 16 and it feels good to be back. Every so often I end up going on one of these breaks and whenever I come back, I am reminded how much I love this game and this community.
So hey everyone, I'm back, it's good and if you haven't already and you have some free time, Check out ODST or Arkham Asylum, both are fun titles.
